The property was in good condition but felt a little outdated. My room had a strong fragrance as I entered but disappeared after turning on the air conditioner. I would choose this property again over others due to the cleanliness, staff and dining.

At check in I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator. She gave me the room closest to the elevator. I was tired so let it slide and the elevator noise wasn’t bad. But…the customer comes first. I travel a lot and expect better service.

The staff at this Birmingham location were incredibly kind and accommodating! When we got into our room, the room was nice expect for the the chair was dirty with stains so I contacted the front desk right away and no one came hours later, so I again contacted them as I guessed it possibly got missed as we checked in during the busy check in hours. The front clerk was very accommodating and came herself to replace the chair which we appreciated very much. This was our first time staying with the chain, we found it to be more than we expected, comfortable beds, room was clean, the staff was so nice! We will book here again with confidence! Thanks for the great service and care!

I love this property. Every time we are in Birmingham, this is our first choice. The staff is AMAZING! They make sure you are pleased with your stay. We love the property manager! Her customer service is EXTRAORDINARY! We appreciate the welcome snacks. We love the convenience of the location. The on-site snack store has great options, and this property's offering afternoon dining and drink options inclusively is UNBEATABLE! As long as this location exists, this is where my family and I will choose when visiting Birmingham, AL.
