The ground floor features a spacious living room seamlessly connected to a roomy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, it offers a room with two single beds and a toilet for greater convenience. Upon ascending to the upper floor, you will find three additional bedrooms: an impressive master suite with a private bathroom (Shower) and two bedrooms with double beds. This floor is completed by a full bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and comfort for guests.

Outside, enjoy the serenity of the beautiful garden, which features a spacious swimming pool, an outdoor toilet with a cold water shower, sun loungers, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, and an area dedicated to the little ones. This setting offers the perfect environment to create unforgettable moments with family and friends.

Very nice

Nice house. Great swimming pool😎. No neighborood which is a good point also. Any place in Mallorca is 1 hless by car from the house 👌. The owner really make all efforts to satisfy

Schöne Finca an toller, zentraler Lage mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen auf der Finca "Es Triquet" verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr zentral gelegen und umgeben von einigen Weinguten (Binigual, Ferrer, Ribas, Tianna Negre), welche immer für einen Besuch und Degustation gut sind. Palma ist mit dem Mietauto in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand (Playa Muro) sind es zirka 25 Minuten. Die Finca ist gross und geräumig. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt, die grosse Terasse bietet an heissen Tagen viel Schatten und der Pool lädt zum baden ein. Die Betten in den Kinderzimmern sind für 2 Erwachsene zu klein und unbequem. Ebenfalls haben wir an heissen Tagen die Klimaanlage vermisst. Die naheliegende Strasse und damit verbundenen Emissionen nimmt man zwar wahr, haben wir allerdings nicht als störend empfunden. Der sehr sympathische, einheimische Fincabesitzer schaut jeden Tag nach dem Rechten und entsorgt sogar den Müll. Wir können die Finca weiterempfehlen.
