Jacques, Delphine and the Bon Coin team were super friendly and welcoming. Don't worry if you don't speak French. They will be happy to practice their English. They'll lend you beach towels and a parasol at no charge. Don't miss the fresh baked goodies at breakfast. Merci, Jacques et co.!

The hotel is lovely and well-situated, the room was surprisingly large and well maintained -- dark when it needed to be and light when it needed to be. But the real stand-out was the staff, who were nothing short of delightful: so thoughtful, patient, kind, even joyful. I've never experienced a sweeter set of humans running a hotel. Marci a tous pour un sejour inoubliable!

Lovely family run hotel in the centre of Biarritz. A very warm welcome was received followed by great information on what to see & do while in Biarritz for the day. The room (while slightly on the small side) was clean/modern and fulfilled our expectations for the price. East walking distance from the centre and the local beaches. We had arrived early AM however Marie had let us leave our luggage and by the time we checked in our bags were already in the room - nice touch!!. We were given some towels and bodyboards for the beach too. Highly recommended.

Perfect for our 2 night stay

Great stay in Biarratz
Really good stay and staff were friendly with suggestions where to go and where to eat. Great room which was clean and modern with added extras such as bottled water and tea and coffee. Even had a small roof terrace area for drinks.

Great stay - fantastic location
Our stay at the Hotel Au Bon Coin was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and the owner of the hotel made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to all major attractions. The breakfast is not to be missed. We will definitely return.

Great stay!
Very friendly staff, kindly gave us an upgrade which was fantastic. We ended up staying another night because we enjoyed the town and the hotel. Lobby is not open 24 hours but we were provided an access code to enter the hotel by side door.

The hotel is charming and centrally located near the Casino. The room we stayed in looked new and was very clean. It was also well-designed, with a great walk-in shower. The owners were friendly and informative. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Beautiful, clean, professionally run hotel.
Excellent family run hotel, which was perfect start to finish - lovely welcome, nice room and bathroom, great facilities, ac, shower etc. Lovely breakfast, good value. Helpful but but not intrusive help from the owners whenever we needed. Great value for a couple on a budget who don't want to compromise on quality, in what is a generally an expensive city to visit. Couldn't commend highly enough really. Less than 10 minute walk to the main promenade.
