Private indoor and outdoor onsen in room with friendly staff. Driving is recommended since no dining option and restaurants in walkable distance. Overall, highly recommended place to stay for the onsen experience

호텔스닷컴 위치설정 오류로 인 길을 찾는데 굉장히 애먹었어요 도저히 안되겠어서 마스터와 통화시도 했지만 한국말 할수있는분이 없어서 조금 힘들었어요 ㅠ 그래도 다시 찾아서 도착한 숙소만큼은 정말 최고였어요! 마스터님도 비록 어플로 소통했지만 저희가 늦은시간 도착할때까지 걱정하면서 기다려주셨고 너무 친절했어요 객실마다 개인온천이 있었고, 미닫이문으로 실내온천으로도, 야외온천으로도 사용할수 있었고 방도 깨끗하고 침구도 폭신폭신 좋았답니다 부모님도 아주 만족하셨고 온천물도 너무좋았어요! 석식,조식 서비스는 없지만 일본 전통식으로 숙박체험은 정말최고였답니다! 하지만, 역시 호텔스닷컴의 위치설정 오류는 너무 화가나요!! 덕분에 외딴 시골길에 갇혀서 렌트카도 긁히고 ㅠㅠ

개인온천 너무너무 좋습니다.
개인 온천때문에 선택했습니다. 너무너무 만족했습니다. 4명 들어가서 앉으면 꽉차는 크기입니다. 다음에 또 이용하고 싶습니다. 조식/석식 서비스가 중단된 것이 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 주변에 아무것도 없어서 렌트이용이 필수입니다. 시설 내 무료주차 가능합니다.

작지만 아늑한 일본 료칸 경험.
가족끼리 편안한 일본 료간 숙박 경험과 작지만 아늑한 가족 전용 온천욕을 즐기기에 적합한 곳이구요. 가족 혼욕을 즐기려면 별도 수영복이나 온천안에 입을 옷을 준비하세요. 한국인 알바 직원이 있어 소통에는 전혀 불편함이 없었슴다. 별도 샤워룸이 없어 조금은 불편을 감수 해야할듯요

内風呂が素晴らしいお宿でした。 部屋から見える景色も良かったです。 雪の降る日でしたが宿は清潔で暖かく、快適でした。 フロントの男性の対応とお食事がイマイチでした。 お食事は努力しているご様子は伺えたので、未来に期待したいです。

나만의 노천온천을 이용할 수 있는 훌륭한 공간에 저녁의 가이세키 요리는 눈과 배가 모두 즐겁습니다! 도심에서 좀 떨어져있기는 하지만, 들어가서는 온천과 음식에 나올일이 없습니다. 친절한 매니저 덕분에 가족이 즐거웠습니다.

這是一間很好的湯屋，環境舒適，職員服務有禮十分好，雖然不太能溝通，但職員都會用盡自己能表達既方式表達，一泊2食的食物都非常新鮮，多款式。

벳푸역에서 택시를 이용하여 20분정도의 거리 입니다. 택시비는 그때마다 다르지만 대략 2천엔정도 입니다. 올라가는 버스 노선은 확인이 어렵습니다. 숙소에서 벳푸역으로 내려가는 버스는 있지만 시간이 정해져 있으며 버스 정류장은 가깝지만 길이 좋지 않습니다. 주변에는 아무것도 없습니다 꼭 숙소에 들어가기 전에 미리 필요한 것을 구매하여 가셔야 합니다. 또한 온천 세금도 있습니다 온천세금은 체크아웃할때 적용 됩니다. 무료 wifi 없습니다 모두 돈을 내야 합니다. 일본어를 잘하신다면 관계 없지만 못하신다면 영어도 잘하는 직원이 없고 한국어를 잘하는 직원도 없습니다. 유일한 장점은 독채 개별 온천입니다. 그외에는 없습니다. 숙소를 예약할때는 꼭 양실 침대를 하고 싶다면 요청사항에 기재를 하셔야 합니다. 양실인줄 알았지만 아닙니다 표기가 너무 애매하게 되어 있습니다. 아침 비행기를 타시는 분들은 체크아웃 시에 벳푸역에서 몇시 버스를 탈지를 고려하여 택시를 미리 몇시에 불러달라고 예약을 하셔야 하며 꼭 전 한번 예약이 되어 있는지 확인해보세요 저희는 모든 것들이 제대로 이루 않아서 너무 힘들었습니다. 또 체크인 시에 온천 세금이 있다 없다 제대로 된 안내도 받지 못했습니다 직원들이 친절은 했으나 불편한 점들이 많았던 아쉬움이 많이 남습니다. 익스피디아의 정보 자체도 너무 정확하지 않고 협조적인 태도가 아니라서 이번에 너무 실망했습니다.

이번에 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 호텔은 개인의 느긋한 공간을 고객에게 제공하기 위해, 벳푸 시내에서 떨어진 곳에 있습니다. 당관 직원에게 한국어에 능통 한 것이 없게되어 불편을 끼쳐 드려 죄송했습니다. 입욕 세 300 엔 (어른 1 명 150 엔)은 벳푸시에 거둘 것이되어서, 안내를하지 않았던 것은 정말로 죄송했습니다. 또한 입욕 세 일본의 온천이며, 각 시정촌이 설정되어 있으므로, 향후 일본에서 온천에 갈 때는 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다. 거듭해서 당관를 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 앞으로도 노력하겠습니다.
