Note that Expedia says that this property has rooms that sleep 5. It includes pictures of a room with two doubles and a pull out couch. This is not accurate information. I booked a room for 5 and got two double beds, no couch. Manager informed me that there are no such rooms. I suppose it is not their fault, but that is relevant information if you want a room for 5.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I'm sorry for and understand your frustration, however, we are not seeing the picture of a room with two queen beds with a sofa, could please email that to us so we can get it resolved with Expedia. thank you!
Poor customer service, i was overcharged and had to fight to get the charges on my card removed.
VERY noisy. Asked for two rooms and assumed we'd be side by side. Instead we we across the hall and i could hear the people in the next room talking as if they were right next to us.
Couldn't sleep between the loud people near us, constant slamming did and uncomfortable beds. Very outdated and old plus we were missing items that were listed in the reservation (such as a refrigerator)

Good MorningI would like to apologize for the experience you had while staying at our hotel. After reviewing your reservations on Expedia, I don't see any notes about adjoining rooms, and I am sorry we were unable to accommodate that for you. As for as the overcharge, I don't see anything out of the ordinary on either folio; both room had and incidental hold which usually takes 3-7 business days to return to your hold amount. I will go ahead and refund one room for you for the inconvenience you experienced.
The staff was horrible worst customer service that I've ever seen when I try to let the manager know what was going on and how rude her employees were she told me I was no longer welcome in the hotel because I was telling her that crazy should have ever seen in a hotel
Everything & everyone at the Hampton inn was amazing and so helpful. We had a issue charging our electric car and Brooke & the other kind manager went out of they're way to help us. The breakfast was amazing as well and the cook was sweet as well. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we come skiing in Vermont.
The location was perfect for my visit to Bennington, Vermont. The checkin and checkout were handled efficiently. All employees were pleasant and helpful.

Rooms could use an upgrade, we’re clean and beds were comfortable, but you could tell it was an older hotel. Their breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Not quite up to Hampton Inn standards. Why do rooms with 2 beds only have one chair. There were 2 of us. And please start providing room safes.

People/.staff nice. I was disappointed the room didn't have a chair besides the desk chair. Desk chair was not in good shape either. Also - no refrigerator. I went back and looked at room description, my bad. I really expected a fridge as a basic room necessity along with a chair.
