My partner and I stayed several nights and hosted a very small and intimate family wedding ceremony at the property. The property was spectacular, private, and hosted our small group very well. The property owner was very responsive and supportive. We love Ben Lomond, and the location was ideal, in a nice and tucked away neighborhood and close to trail access to Quail Hollow Ranch Park. Really lovely place and amazing experience..thank you!!

Close to Felton, Ben Lomond and a short drive to Santa Cruz. Very relaxing, with a very nice outdoor area and BBQ. 2 decent sized bedrooms and a couple of other sleeping options for extra quests, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much.

What a treat to get to explore a lovely area so close to the Bay Area. It was lovely and quiet. Beautiful stars at night from the hot tub. Close to many hikes and not too far from the beach. Owner is super responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

We met family here for the Easter weekend and it was the perfect fit. We were allowed a slightly early check in to accommodate naps for the kids which got us started in a good note. The home is outdated in some respects but very clean and well equipped. The home sits on over 2 acres which makes for a very peaceful and relaxing setting, especially from the hot tub.

The house and grounds were gorgeous! My family of four was so comfortable and happy in this home. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the comfy beds, and the peaceful setting (the hammock and sitting area with the fountain in particular).
Lolly and Lindley were warm and welcoming and had lots of great tips on local fun! I hiked to the top of the sunset trail and was rewarded with an inspiring view of the whole valley!

The property and setting was beautiful and comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the wonderful amenities. We were there for our daughter’s wedding, which took up all of our time there. Although there were a few quirks to this mountain property (fuses needing to be reset if too many outlets in use, for example) it’s definitely worth the stay for those who want a true getaway. The hosts were accessible and accommodating. The rooms are smaller, but comfortable. Note for those with large parties, the extra bed in the bunk room is a trundle that takes up the minimal floor space, and the listed 1/2 bath is an outdoor shower. All in all, I recommend this property for a lovely, relaxing getaway.

The owners were very friendly and helpful and the house was very nice. My only issue was that the pillows were not very comfortable (there were lots of very thin or very lumpy pillows). Otherwise, this house has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. Highly recommend!

It is always a treat to spend time at Quail Hollow. It's a beautiful and tranquil spot and the enlarged decking with the ancient oak tree canopy is somethng to behold. The home is comfortable and cozy. The garden. just beyond the inviting hot tub, was filled with delicious grapes, tomatoes and berries.Lolly is the best as well.

Since we would be celebrating with a full course Thanksgiving meal, I had my fingers crossed about having all the tools that make cooking easier. This place did not disappoint! And while cooking our bird, we got to watch a parade of wild turkeys disappear into the hollow until the next day, when twice as many paraded back out. So fun!

Lolly was so helpful in the renting process and checking in. We had an amazing time at this comfortable and beautiful home. Has all the amenities you need and is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard is paradise with lovely sitting areas and a hot tub for star gazing. The beds were comfortable and cooking in the kitchen was great with access to everything you needed. I love the tree outside the kitchen window! We ate and hung out on the gorgeous deck and it was such a great spot! Would love to come back!

The pictures do not so this place justice - it is beautiful! Also - Lolly and Lindley are very attentive. When we arrived the hot tub was not usable. They sent someone out the very next morning to make sure we would be able to use it for the rest of our stay. Thanks!

It is always hard to leave this special place; I believe this is the 5th or 6th summer
we have called Ben Lomond our home for a month. The property is clean and well equipped with an amazing kitchen, just as described. The master bed is very comfortable and the hot tub is just a few steps away. I love picking fresh herbs from the garden and the grapes were wonderful this year. Lolly is constantly improving the outside area as well. It's a park like setting with quail, squirrels, deer and numerous
other birds. It's a little piece of paradise.
