The hotel room was clean. So was the building. The pool had too many chemicals and we had to get out because my eyes were burning. Staff didn’t seem to care. The room had a variety of temperatures and heat/cool system would kick on and off randomly throughout the night. We asked for more pillows and a blanket but didn’t get anything. Kids in the hotel were loud, but some of them were mine. Haha

We keep strict records of our pool water and I can say with certainty that all of the chemical readings are well within our required guidelines set forth by our local health department and the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance.I am sorry to hear your request for pillows and a blanket were not met. I will be sure to speak with my staff regarding this issue to determine what happened and to help ensure it does not happen again.I hope you will stay with us again, the next time you are in the Beloit area.

LOVE this hotel! It is very clean, the room was amazing (full kitchen!!!), the bed was soft and cozy and comfortable. Lots of shopping and dining options available and the breakfast was hot and yummy! Staff very friendly and welcoming! Will definitely stay here again!!!

Aimee was an awesome host! She made me feel very welcome and helped me with getting signed up for the honors rewards. The hotel was beautiful, room was spacious and comfortable and the pool was heated! Loved it

The room was great. Right of the elevator as requested. The only complaint works be that the temperature was hard to regulate in the room. We set thermostat at 70 and the AC kept kicking in. This was in January in Wisconsin. The temp outside was 10.

Great place to stay
Hotel was great, clean, and staff was friendly. I only wish the bed was bit more comfy and that the temperature regulation in the room was more even. Also would be nice if bagel breakfast sandwiches were able to keep up with demand and that the low demand ones (breakfast sandwiches on burger buns) weren’t hard as a rock. Waffle station was great, glad there were 3 makers.

Fantastic. Amazingly clean and maintained.
Everything was fantastic. The check in was easy and friendly. The hotel is in great condition and was super clean. Every part of it from the lobby, elevators , halls and rooms. Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in.

Dear April,We're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. This is the first time anyone has mentioned our water being "slimy". We do have water softeners in our hotel that send soft water to every room. If you are accustomed to hard water, the soft water can make it seem like there is, what could be described as a little sliminess, to the water when showering. That may be what you experienced. We have noted the carpet in your room and we have since taken care of that. We hope to see you again the next time you are in the Beloit area.
