"The staff at check-in & check-out were very friendly, professional and helpful. Not the hotel's fault but I was perturbed after being told I was talking to the hotel and who confirmed a single queen room had a frig only to arrive and find out I had to pay extra to upgrade to 2 queens to get a frig. ..."
