To find a spider and a spider sac with a whole family would indicate that cleaning does not transpire often. The room also smelled musty and mildew riddled. Woke up in the morning to my glass perfume bottles with condensation all over them. The room was disgusting and the smell was even worse.

Gave us the average “kids up and down the hall most of the evening” experience. Not bad per se but certainly not outstanding. Decent breakfast. Front desk staff was very good especially in the morning. Very cheerful.

Room was very nice and clean except the bath tub could use some upgrade. Also no ventilation fan in the bathroom. We love the breakfast with the quality and variety. Overall it was a nice stay.

When we talked into our room, the room was dusty and had a stale smell. The bathrrom door did not close. The corner in the bathroom where bathtub meets floor was rotting and not clean. Overall it was not clean and noisy.

I liked the check-in, the room was clean, they chainged the towels everiday and the staff was polite, the breakfast was delicious but no gluten free options, the pool was clean, there were always free spots to park in. But the fridge was too small and the curtain was ripped. There were also stains on the sofa, the sink would sometimes be clogged, the toilet aswell. The bathroom was too small to fit 3 people and the bathroom door would lock well. We could tell that the hotel was well renovated but it needs a little improving for the price.

The rooms were good but the washrooms were tiny and overall felt a little dated. The service/staff was very good and so was the breakfast. Lots of options and more than just a continental breakfast!! Convenient location as well with a lot of amenities nearby.
