Getaway

We took a little getaway with family. We had a great time!! It is pretty difficult getting down to the water as the walkway is very steep, but once you do get to it...its gorgeous!

Great location for a large get together

We had a great time. House was well appointed and handled our large group admirably. The dock was fantastic, and where we spent most of our time watching the kids of all ages enjoy themselves. Highly recommend this propery.

Beautiful Family Retreat

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our three teenagers to relax and spend time indoors and out! Located in a quiet neighborhood within a short distance from many adventures and activities for all to enjoy.

Great stay!!

It’s what we had expected and more, the house was pretty big and very clean. The back area was perfect for relaxing with the firepit and it was pretty secluded too which is just what we were looking for. Bill the owner was helpful and treated us respectfully. No complaints from us at all 100% recommend.

Great views!

We had a staycation/girls weekend with 7 people and it was amazing! Plenty of room, views were spectacular! The weather was perfect so we spent time hanging out on the dock (the walk back up is no joke!), which was so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Perfection!

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway! The house has so much space, beautiful outdoor areas and sits atop an amazing community lake. It’s quiet, has a well stocked kitchen and includes kayaks to explore the water. My group had the best time and definitely recommend this property to anyone. We will be back!

Mom, friends and daughter Bridal Shower weekend. Absolutely stunning home. Our new go to vacation rental for any visit to NWA (Bella Vista AR). The Dock and lake is breathtaking.

Absolutely brilliant home!

The perfect base camp for me and three friends to enjoy the MTB trails of Bella Vista & Bentonville. We could easily drive from the house or even better was the VERY short ride to the nearest trailhead. 100% recommend this location and I'll likely be staying here again for future visits.

Can't beat it

I have visited Bella Vista several times but this was definitely my favorite spot so far. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location was ideal for quick little trips to town. We utilized the fire pit, dock and kayaks. It was a perfect family vacation.

Wow! We have stayed at dozens of homes while traveling, and this one honestly might be the best of them all. Impeccable attention to details to make sure the guests felt right at home, with special touches, and exceptional communication. Clean, tidy, and well stocked with what a group would need. Family Vacay at the Treehouse

We had 3 generations for our summer vacation in Bella Vista. The lakehouse was comfortable, clean & the location on the lake was beautiful and serene. Everyone loved paddling the kayaks and we fixed all our meals in the well appointed kitchen. The dining table easily accommodated our family of 8. The air conditioned sun room was a favorite lounging & gathering spot. And we played quite a bit of ping pong in the garage. Totally enjoyed our stay!

Great Girls' Getaway

Our stay at the Lakeside Treehouse was phenomenal. The house is very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the dock and kayaks, and spent all day lakeside. The lake is peaceful and beautiful. We grilled and had nightly fires, making it the perfect stay. I would highly recommend the Lakeside Treehouse!

Family vacation that everyone enjoyed

We found "evolve" easy to work with and the same is true for the home owners. Bill was extremely responsive to our requests and did everything to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We had a number of grand children with us, ranging from the age of 6 to 21, and most of our time was spent on the deck on the waterfront and in the water.. We also enjoyed the spacious, well equipped home. We spend 5 nights there.Thank you for contributing to make this a very enjoyable family reunion/vacation.

Wonderful weekend

This place was so peaceful. The dock by the lake was a great place to hangout and the lake was perfect for paddleboards and floating. One thing to keep in mind is that it is a steep walk down to the dock and a bit of a workout on the way up. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was so clean and the property manager got our guest passes all ready for us which was really nice. We had 7 adults on this trip and there was plenty of room for all of us. Definitely would stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious with great Arkansas room and private deck with lake access. I’ve never stayed at a vrbo where cookies were waiting on us when we arrived!! Fuseball table was a lot of fun too! Kitchen was well stocked with items needed for cooking. We would love to come back when weather is warmer!!!!

Bella Vista Retreat

This was our second time to stay here. Guys MTB group. We do a yearly outing to ride the trails. We really like Bella Vista because it’s only 20 min to downtown Bentonville, and Bella Vista is beautiful! This house was great. We love it. Lake is a nice touch but what we really like is the bike garage and washing facilities and location. Because of the storms that hit Bentonville, we spent a lot of time exploring little sugar and the back 40 and blowing Springs all of these are accessible a mile or so away from this house. So it’s an excellent location.

Wonderful Family Memories

My husband and I invited our grown kids and babies for a weekend getaway to the “Treehouse”. The small and peaceful lake was so serene. We enjoyed kayaking, ping-pong, fishing, a campfire and s’mores. We also took a short hike to a nearby waterfall. The house was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The owners provided all the essentials and answered all my questions ahead of time. The beautiful, air conditioned sunroom felt like you were one with the trees and nature. We shared so many wonderful family memories and the TVs stayed off the entire stay. We laughed, ate a lot, and left “full” in more ways than our stomachs. We felt very blessed to have this home away from home!

Spectacular!

Business trip with my soccer staff. Perfect house to give us each private bedrooms and separate bathrooms! Square footage and layout is open and large. House was immaculately clean. Plenty of room to spread out, eat, watch TV, and best of all, sit on the enclosed deck and enjoy the view. Owners were great and excellent communicators. Only regret? Not enough time AT the house because of all day work at the soccer fields. Wish we had more time to kayak, play foosball, and ping pong. Highly recommend!

Great Girls' Getaway

We loved our stay at the Lakeside Treehouse! The house was immaculate with plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy some time alone, or convene with each other. We enjoyed the spaces for indoor and outdoor dining and conversing. We cooked and grilled everyday, and found absolutely everything we needed in the very well-stocked kitchen. We appreciated all the extras that were provided! Everyone commented that it was the best stocked kitchen they'd ever rented. The dock and kayaks were our favorite part. We spent hours on the dock, and decided to just take turns kayaking the lake, rather than doing the kayaking excursion we had planned. We also loved our nightly fires and were so thankful for the firewood available to us. Thanks for the great communication, the literature and notes you left, and the great hospitality!

This is an exceptional property and would highly recommend it! We will definitely stay here again. We were there for a soccer tournament at nearby Sugar Creek Soccer Complex so the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were ideal for my staff to have their own private space while also providing us with an area for us to conduct tournament planning meetings. We made dinner and breakfast in the kitchen each day. Foosball and ping pong were nice distractions at the end of a long day at the pitch. And, the dock was absolutely stunning! Our biggest regret was that we didn't stay an extra night to be able to enjoy the house itself, as opposed to rushing out to the soccer fields each morning. The owners are extremely nice and very communicative. Honestly, having this house as an option for myself and my staff for such events may actually induce us to have more of a our state soccer tournaments in NWA so we can return to this property (though next time, we WILL stay that extra night!). I would highly recommend this property!
