Beechworth is a terrific town with numerous features. The unit we had needed some TLC. For example, all of the taps in the cabin needed attention, no light over the stove, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

Owner was amazing! Receptionist was horrific. We got told the property was pet friendly and came with eveything we'd need. Upon arrival i was charged almost $300 on top of the $400 i already paid for the cabin! Only one of the beds was made and we had to pay $80 for the linen for the other 4 beds.

The site was beautiful and very well maintained. The owner is very nice and happy to chat to all the guests and help with anything.

The cabin was good .. Had everything we needed .. and close to the town centre by car .. surrounding area bush very relaxing .. it is a nice place to stay ..has pool .. only thing was we couldnt get connection on our phones inside the cabin .. only when we went outside .. which maybe wasnt such a bad thing after all!

Awesome Julie, WIFI and phone connection is an issue here in Beechworth. We have the latest technology, yet some data providers similar to Optus and Vodafone have not provided as extensive coverage.

Communication was poor, rang twice to inform we would be leaving a day early and no call back or anything. Left a message both times in phone answering machine. Also rang me to confirm linen yet i had already replied via email that we would bring our own. Thought might have got a refund for 1 night considering w eleft ebcause if weather conditions.

The cabin was brand new and very comfortable for 4 people. When we arrived there was no bedding for our 2 children only in the master room, my husband asked why this was at reception as we had booked for 4 people. We were then advised that we would have to pay $20 extra for bedding and towels. We thought this would have been included at the time of booking. I personally found this very strange. The master bedroom mattress was new but very cheap, I ended up having a sore back for 2 days after using it. I enjoyed the location and ammenities and would stay there again.

Comfortable and warm in a quiet setting. A little confusing with parking with the people in the camping sites opposite parking wherever they pleased. Set about halfway along the Lake Sambell to Lake Kerferd walk. A nice (approx 3km) walk into Beechworth itself.

Very friendly reception and very helpful supplying local information. The woman who checked us in also booked us a table at a local hotel for dinner. The park is situated in a nice spot near a creek and surrounded by trees. The place gives you a sense of relaxation. Cabin was clean and quite adequate. I think the park would be ideal for a longer family stay.

What a lovely tranquil place for a getaway. The park had great family facilities. There was a couple of walks that we enjoyed not far from the park. Very good value. Will stay here again if we ever venture to Beechworth again. Very welcoming.

The communication from staff was fantastic, check in was smooth and simple, and our accommodation was exactly what we needed. We stayed in a cabin, which was a great size for us for the weekend. It had all the amenities, and was self contained, so we could prepare our own meals. The only issue we had was that the cabin next to us left their outdoor light on overnight - it was like the light of a thousand suns shining through our window, even with the blind down. The scenery of this caravan park is beautiful, surrounded by bush and animals. We would definitely stay again.
