The property is spacious, and was very quiet. It is a renovated section of a shop, and as such, has stained concrete floors. This along with the other areas are quite rustic in decor.
Encompassing the living, kitchen and dining areas, along with a 3/4 bath, the main room has high ceilings and ample seating. A bookshelf and a TV with streaming services round out the space.
Wood countertops in the kitchen caused me some concern due to cleaning. All appliances are present, including a countertop microwave and dishwasher. Plastic dishes and some silverware were available.
The bathroom has a rusting, rough-textured metal “vanity” with a wash-basin sink. Corrugated metal provides the walls for the shower. An overhead rain shower head with a ball valve (no temp adjustment) is pretty high up - approx. 7-feet. I opted for a washcloth bath rather than using the shower itself.
Bedrooms are actually through a door leading into the main shop/garage area. Once through the door, you pass AC equipment and a walkway (10-feet at most) takes you to a door on left for queen sized bed room, and on the right is the room with a king bed. There are no windows in either bedroom and both have low ceilings. A washer and dryer is in the left bedroom. Beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, but bedding was clean and pressed.
It was an easy stop off the highway, but pretty basic and rustic, to say the least.
