Authentic Norman farmhouse with private heated pool in the heart of the Pays d'Auge less than 2 hours from Paris and 20 minutes from Cabourg or Caen (5 minutes from the motorway).

Enjoy an enclosed space with large terrace, heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May to September), barbecue and fenced landscaped garden.


Housing

On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen (fan oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, mixed espresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle) open to a large room. living composed of a living room with large fireplace (a wooden basket is provided to you during winter periods), television (more than 250 TV channels, home cinema with blu ray player, USB and bluetooth), a dining room and a guest toilet.

The dining room has a large table with eight wrought iron chairs and a high chair. It should be noted that four additional folding chairs are also available.

In addition overlooking the living room, a child's bedroom (or playroom) with two bunk beds (+ a drawer bed), a TV and its bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a bathtub.

Also at the same level you will find a laundry room including a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board, as well as a base of baby equipment (high chair, cot, changing table, bath, potty, barriers for stairs).

Upstairs, three bedrooms and a bathroom are arranged in a row. The "mezzanine" bedroom including a sofa convertible into a 160cm double bed and a television, the "Enfilade" bedroom comprising a 180cm double bed and a television, and lately a very typical room called "Norman", comprising a 140cm double bed under the mansard roof for young couples. These three rooms are arranged on either side of a bathroom with a toilet and a shower bath.

Outside, you have an enclosed garden with private swimming pool (7m x 3m) open from May to September, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Sound system and outdoor shower for the pool. Closed parking for one car, other spaces are available outside.

The whole house is equipped with electric shutters and tilt-and-turn windows with burglar-proof double glazing.

And finally the house also includes a wireless internet connection, a bouquet of more than 250 TV channels in the living room, board games and a safety deposit box for your valuables.

Located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, you will be in the countryside, a stone's throw from Cabourg and Caen, in a region marked by its history (landing of the Second World War).

Other remarks

Also no cleaning fee is charged to the rental. We rely on our travelers to leave clean and tidy accommodation as it was made available to you (dishes put away, dirty linen collected in the laundry room, accommodation vacuumed and tidied up).
However, if this was not the case, depending on the condition of the accommodation returned, a fee would be retained.

Bed linen in supplement (10€ for the double bed and 5€ for the single bed).

It is not allowed to have parties or parties during your stay so as not to cause any noise disturbance for the neighborhood.

During the months of May, June and September, no entries and exits from the premises can be made on Saturdays.

Rentals during the months of July and August are only for the week from Saturday to Saturday only.

Any traveler entering the rental will be asked to pay the tourist tax (corresponding to 1.50 euros per night and per adult) all by check payable to the public treasury.
