Fantastic place for a brief stay in the Alsace wine region. The way the hotel has been built into essentially four old framework houses is stunning. The services and atmosphere are top. This was way above our expectation.

Fine hotel

This hotel is ok. There is no restaurant and the parking is down the street a ways which isn't the most convenient- they should have valet. The room was large and very comfortable. Staff is excellent.

Very romantic hotel in a small town in Alsace

amazing hotel. we booked for wedding anniversary. Hotel met and exceeded all expectation, from service, design and amenities. Sauna and swimming pool are great, hotel is very nice and bright, and town is nice to visit for a day or two as well. Parking is available at hotel for 25 Euro but also free in the town. Breakfast was good, especially omelet was tasty. Will come again

The way the bath and shower had been designed is just inacceptable : it is just impossible to take your shower without banging your head on the ceiling which is very low. In the room next to ours, it was the same! You cannot 5* to a hotel, where you do not have the possibility to take a shower in normal conditions, this is the basics .

We arrived at the property late and the room we booked and paid for was not available - we booked a Jr Suite with King bed and two single beds, and they only had small Jr Suite with one bed. So they made us get another room for 300 Eur - we feel like we were taken advantage of because we arrived late and did not have any other options given the late hour.

Liebliche Unterkunft, schönes Ambiente, Lage herrlich unter Rebbergen, schönes Hotel. Wenn man wert auf den Namen „ Spa“ legt, wird man rasch enttĂ€uscht. Der Spa ist sehr klein, die wenigen LiegestĂŒhle, waren alle belegt und wir konnten uns nicht mal hinsetzen. 2 Saunas und ein kleiner, jedoch sehr schöner Pool. Das Restaurant war sehr lecker, es hat jedoch nur 2 HauptgĂ€nge zur Auswahl und das war an den beiden Abenden als wir dort waren, dasselbe. Gute Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Strassbourg oder Colmar. Das StĂ€dtchen selber hat nur sehr spĂ€rliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Von Anfang bis Ende gelungen. Super Essen, sehr freundliches Personal. Vor allem die Dame an der Bar hat es uns angetan! Sie war super kompetent und freundlich. Das Spa ist effektiv recht klein geraten, aber uns hat es gefallen.

Je ne recommande pas cette hĂŽtel, vous payer le prix d'un 5 Ă©toiles pour un mĂ©diocre 4 Ă©toiles. l'acces aux chambres se fait par un escalier (pas d'ascenseur) et personne ne vous a proposĂ© de vous dĂ©poser les valises. Les chambres sont trop petite et pour vous dire on n'arrive mĂȘme pas a Ă©tre 2 personnes ensemble dans la salle de bains, elle fait a peine 3m2. Le spa il y de la place pour peut etre 8 personnes, autant il est tres beau mais tres vite a saturation. Null au prix fort

Déçu de notre week-end de 2 nuits dans cet hĂŽtel que nous connaissons bien. Chambre minuscule sans ascenseur avec minuscules fenĂȘtres pourtant Ă  400€ la nuit. Wc sale, spot cassĂ©, petit dĂ©jeuner Ă  28€ mais il ne restait rien. (1choix de confiture) il restait 3 petits bouts de fromage. On a demandĂ© une autre chambre qui Ă©tait cette plus grande mais les fenĂȘtres ne donnaient pas sur l’extĂ©rieur mais sur le couloirs (passage de clients), est ce vraiment un standing 5* cette chambre restante Ă  400€? L’endroit est trĂšs beau et l’ambiance est chaleureuse mais aujourd’hui nous trouvons que le tarif est bien trop Ă©levĂ©.

quelle déception

Nous sommes arrivĂ© vers 18h40 et partions dĂšs 9h00 le lendemain. A notre arrivĂ©e nous nous sommes garĂ© devant l'hĂŽtel et avons attendu quelques minutes mais personne n'est venu nous accueillir, pas de bagagiste, ensuite nous avons eu un bon accueil par le jeune homme, malheureusement nous apprenons que le parking de l'hĂŽtel se trouve plus loin dans une autre rue, sans voituriez Ă©galement. nous avons profitĂ© 40mn de la piscine et vue l'heure et prĂȘt de 5heures de routes sous la neige nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© prendre un room service et diner dans notre chambre, bien que la carte du room service ressemble plus Ă  un snack qu'Ă  une carte de 5*. Ă  l'arrivĂ©e de nos plateau le jeune homme ne savait mĂȘme pas ou les poser car ils sont venus sans une table de room service que l'on peu voire dans tous les hĂŽtels. il n'y a mĂȘme pas 2 chaises dans la chambre, vous pouvez diner chacun votre tour sur le bureau enclavĂ© !!! la literie Ă©tait beaucoup trop souple, donc un mal de dos au rĂ©veil. la douche dans une baignoire sous pente(ma taille 1m78 seulement) ne nous permet pas sans ĂȘtre baissĂ© de se doucher correctement et cela en inondant la salle de bain qui se trouve dans la chambre sans cloison. Bref trĂšs loin des standards d'un 5* pas de bagagiste, pas de voiturier, pas de conciergerie, pas de restaurant Ă©toilĂ© Ă  notre dĂ©part la jeune femme nous a facturĂ© une 2e fois la chambre alors qu'elle avait dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© payĂ©, ma femme a du insistĂ© pour se faire rembourser. Bref plus assez de caractĂšre pour ...
