Nieuw appartement. Op de Rambla. Supermarkt naast appartement. Metro/bus dichtbij. Gastvrije, behulpzame eigenaar. Voorkant heeft uitzicht op de Rambla. Achterkant is rustiger. Wat nog mist in het appartement: Keuken: afvalbak(ken), snijplank, grote saladeschaal, kleine kommetjes, koekenpan. Slaapgedeelte: bedlampjes en dekbed/dikke deken.
