- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

NOTE: Please note that in this building we have 5 other apartments with very similar characteristics. They are ideal for large groups as you will be able to enjoy your own space and privacy, but being very close to your own. Please note that we can also provide you with everything you need for your breakfast directly in your apartment for your convenience. We have different types of breakfasts and snacks depending on your needs. Don't forget to ask us about prices 😊.

During my stay in Spain I came to Barcelona for 3 days. I was delighted with the apartment and it is in an area where you can find everything you need.

This property is pretty much as described. What we liked- roof terrace, washing machine. Easy check out. lovely bars, restaurants and grocery stores close by. What we did not like- (READ TO END!) check in at a central location, a taxi ride away from the apartment. If you arrive before check they will charge to hold your bags at the office. Check in was slow. They charge extra for CC's. The apartments are noisy, with thin walls and loud dogs in apartments and groups of other renter partying. There is no real hosting here- we were 3 people staying 9 days. We were given just 3 bath towels, ( yes, 1 per person!) no hand towels, no wash cloths, no kitchen towels. Also no pool towels; yet it forbidden to take the towel from the apartment to the pool. The pool accessed by going down into the basement and then walking through an underground parking lot- dark and does not feel very safe. The pool was not very clean, we did not use it. No access to clean bed linens(again we were there for 9 days with same sheets) , no trash bags, or anything. The kitchen is fully equipped with large appliances and a coffee machine. However there were zero pots/pans, ovenware so that made it pretty useless. I did contact the office and they sent pans. No hairdryer, no TV if you are not Spanish speaking, No streaming option on TV. It felt more like a camping trip where you have to " make do". At 9pm on our 2nd were attacked and robbed by 2 assailants just 2 streets away. We had walked home from visiting the port. My husband was attacked and they dragged him off the pavement into the traffic and he was injured. He was unable to walk very far for the rest of the trip and we felt very unsafe. Obviously, that is not the fault of the rental company; however you should be aware that this was not a "routine" pickpocket event. According to the Special Investigations officers we dealt with, we had been subject to an organized crime group who had targeted us much earlier in the evening down at the port and followed us home( around a 2 mile trip).They advised us we were lucky the two assailants did not stab us. So word of warning to visitors in Barcelona- they have a big problem with watch theft ( again, not a pick pocket, but a violent assault) Stay away from the area around the W hotel because it is known a the crime hub.

We have just returned from Barcelona and our stay in a MySpace apartment in Gracia. Perfect location for us. Easy walking distance for Park Guèll, Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila, Casa Batllo and also only 3 minute walk to Joanic metro station which can take you straight to Barceloneta beach station. We had good working air con which was welcome in August! Kitchen had everything we needed and there was a washing machine and clothes airer on the terrace which is handy when travelling as a family. Just a couple of small things to note. The bannister was a little broken (screw had come out the wall), could still be used but made it unsteady for the children to use. Also the terrace had someone else's washing hanging up on the airer and a couple of old Starbucks cups. Not too much of an issue but it meant that the area hadn't been checked before our arrival. We used the communal pool once during our 4 day stay. Maintenance men were there the other time we tried to use it. Overall wd st

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel sur 3 étages conforme à la description avec terrasse sur le toit.Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking de l’immeuble très pratique pour BCN.J’ai découvert le quartier de Gracia un vrai coup de cœur si vous souhaitez profiter d’une vie plus locale que touristique barcelonaise.Je recommande fortement cet appartement

The apartment was very central. There was lots of space for a family of 4, with sofas and table on 3 levels and 2 separate bedrooms. It was extremely hot in Barcelona but the air conditioning worked well and kept the apartment cool. There was a lift inside the building to the appartment.
