no bellboy, and no easy-access ramp up to the hotel - which means you have to deal with stairs, which is a challenge for elder people, as well as family with prams/strollers and luggage.
the hotel room we got given (14th floor) was quite old.
the wardrobe was jammed, and could not be closed without wacking it crazily.
there was no safety deposit box, which I find quite shocking for a hotel with this rating and review level.
and the bathroom was quite derelict too - with visible stains on the shower curtain as well as shower ceiling.
the above is quite in contrast to the relatively modern look of the lobby and breakfast areas - which makes me suspect that we were given a room on a non-renovated floor. If that is the case, it's probably a poor call...
good enough for an overnight stay - but nothing more.
