The service is real bad it was an airport transit and I need a room for a sick person to rest . She can’t walk by herself . Atleast she needs two people to help her . They said they only allowed one person to go to the room . We told them it was only for four hours transit we are not going to stay overnight. Travel a lot never happened before. Will not recommend. Bad neighborhood too

There was a dead roach in my bathroom when I entered. The beds are really small. At least the hotel is close to the street and the mall. There isn't much around the property itself.

Used this hotel a lot.
Used the hotel many times before. The hotel is in a very good location -6 minutes walk from a mall (Paseo mall I belive) with McD, Pizza Hut, Black Canyon coffe, Swensens different shops etc and also thai food and food court. Across that mall they have no opened others like Burger King, Homepro, I even saw a sign Robinson. Also a big thai restaurant and smaller so there is a lot to chose of around. So like i said, the location is excellent. Airport just 10 minutes away. Trainstation airport railway like 5 minutes away (car -can't really walk to it.) This goes in to Bangkok (and airport) and then you can take MRT train everywhere. Breakfast before was good not anymore. I understand they can't have all food if the hotel is not fully booked so it's okay. Though all breakfast was from chicken -chicken ham, chicken sausage, eggs... But there is a lot around like i said so can eat there instead. I like the location and the hotel itself is good, friendly staff, nice beds, big fridge etc. Recomended!

The house is clean and quite but the hotel doesn't have food and the Internet doesn't work well at all. The staff whatever you asked them information about the direction they don't know.

spacious room, clean, with ref and free 2 bottles of water. they offered transport to the airport for 150 baht which is a good deal. you need to walk 5-10 minutes away for the nearest food place-a japanese buffet, mcdonalds and starbucks but there is a nearby family mart similar to a 7-11 shop.staff were polite and welcoming.

The Crystal Suites is a transit hotel very close to Suvarnabhumi airport. Transfers take about 15 mins & the hotel provides a shuttle service for a very reasonable 159 Baht. The room we had was entirely functional & very clean.There was plenty of hot water, the air con was cold , the WiFi strong and the bed comfortable. The hotel provides basic restaurant facilities and there’s a mall very close by. There’s also a Thai 7/11 type store nearby which is open 24/7 . I would stay here again .

Average airport hotel
Ok for a night stop over if you need to be near the airport and just need a bed for the night. Towels,etc need replacing, door to bathroom didn’t shut properly. Breakfast adequate, nothing special. Shuttle available for extra cost.

Nice inexpensive hotel near airport
Super convenient and well appointed hotel right by the airport. The breakfast was very good, as was the actual room, the bathroom needs some work though.

One time only
Well, we would not stay again. Receptionist are nice. But choice of food not a lot, only two coffee packets, tea and sugar in the room. Breakfast looked awful, no great choice and tbe wanted 220baht each, we declined, tbe eggs looked like rubber. We spilt a drop of wine on a bed sheet, they tried to charge us 500Baht to clean it. I wouldnt recomend this hotel. Sorry.

We booked this hotel because it was less than 15 mins to the airport and we had an early next day flight to Phuket. Conveniently located with shuttle service provided 1 way only. Next morning they charged us equivalent of $10 USD to take us back to the airport. Staff is friendly and hotel does have nearby street vendors that was worth checking out. Only complaint we experienced was that there was mold in the bathtub. Not a deal breaker for us, but something the hotel should address.

Sadly a disappointing stay this time, being our 3rd visit in 8 weeks. Ground floor room & the wifi was terrible, not sure if it was the amount of guests staying or the location of the room. The bath towels are paper thin & grey, time to replace please management.

Usually a great airport stopover but disappointing
Having stayed with Crystal suites previously, we were disappointed with our room on this occasion as the locking mechanism on the room door was faulty & could not be repaired. Management offered to move us but we were exhausted & declined. Also we could not get the bath tap to convert to the shower option & taking a bath was annoying & time consuming. We complained to management the next morning & they offered a free airport transfer as compensation. Apart from those issues we already had pre booked another 2 nights stay so hoping those stays improve.

The hotel is worn out. The hallway doesn't have Air Conditioning. Rooms are OK. The electric kettle had some white stuff in them and wouldn't come off. There is a mart a few steps away from the hotel. Also there is a nice restaurant down the street.

Staff great. Not so clean, looks worn. Wifi would not stay connected on any of my 3 devices. Ashtrays dirty around pool and pool furniture dirty. Toliet ran for no reason. Holes in the bathroom ceiling, wonder what's there looking at you, gross!. Room and air conditioner smell musty. Nor 4 star for sure.

Staff messed up my booking and specail request was not answered or understood. They staff was even pretty rude about it and was not trying to understand. Charged me more money for one person to stay only a few hours. I paid for 10 nights, one bed, for 2 people. Had 3 people (myself and my 2 Wives) one night (few hours) and then one person (myself alone) the rest of the stay. Did not feel welcome in any in way what so ever. The television was the worst. Not one entertaining (movies, tv series/citcoms, cartoons, or anything other than news) in English. Had only 17 to 20 channels mostly in local language and many in other languages. I understand this is Thailand. But I hotel should think more about the customers that are staying. I will not return. Mostly because of the treatment received from the check in staff and rude treatment. There are other just as nice hotels in the area. Many cheaper and in my past experience much more friendly and HOSPITABLE.

nice stay -ignore the neg reports!
well I stayed here as recommended by a friend.Clean ,comfy and ideal for a jet lagged brit! The only problem was no shuttle bar from Airport but a £5 taxi ride sorted that. No idea where the bad reports came from but I would definitely stay again.Good breakfast!
