"Staff went above and beyond for us. We were delayed coming back from Seattle area of Washington and didn’t arrive until 4am - the front desk staff kept in communication with me via text, provided weather updates and ensured check in was all ready for our arrival to abbreviate the process recognizing our exhaustion and made sure breakfast was ready so we could choose to eat before getting a few hours of sleep. They also moved back check out by an hour for free to allow my husband, myself and our children a little more allowance for rest. We will stay here again on our next trip just because staff went so above and beyond. "
