Bulvar Inn Hotel is in a great location in Baku. It was simple and easy to get up and go and come back after a long day to sleep in. The manager is willing to go above and beyond to help you with anything. Great airport pickup service any hour of the night. Friendly staff. Everything wasn't as pictured on Expedia; so that led to a surprise in room size and expectations, but for me and my travel companion, the room was sufficient for our purposes, which was basically just to have a warm bed to sleep in at night. Ask for anything you need. We asked for 3 extra sheets and 1 extra comforter, and it was not a problem. They asked us if we wanted a kettle and tea brought to our room. Provided water on request. Simple and quaint, yet a good experience.

Very cozy and nice
My mother stayed there two days. She is very enthusiastic about that experience. Tells they are very polite and sympatic, it is very tasty at breakfasts (tells it was an old lady who prepared everything you want!) and all in all it was ok. The location included:)))

Il ne faut pas venir ici ...
L'hotel est un peu délabré, mais la literie est comfortable et il y a de l'eau chaude qui coule En revanche, le service est HORRIBLE ... ok, c'est le we du grand prix de F1 ... avec un decollage a 6h30, je comptais quitter l'hotel vers 4h du matin. Il se sont permis de me reveiller, SANS MON CONSENTENT, à 2h30 pour que je libère la chambre, car il y avait un couple qui devait l'occuper ... je fais remarquer que j'ai payé presque 200 euros pour cette nuit d'hotel .. à fuir absolument !!!

Ms. Cecilia ,Thank you for choosing us.First of all, We would like to inform you that our hotel situated in the middle of Formula 1 circle and that's why only these periods price a little higher and other dates is normal price as usual.How much you paid to company for accommodation it is not our fault.Secondly, hotel check in time begin 14:00 and check out time at 12:00 next day. You gave information about your early flight and at night weather was very foggy that's why we informed you 20 minutes early should be traffic problems.We just helped you but it is your thankful.You every day said that everything is fine and alright. But gave 1 point. Be honest!

Ankom Hotellet etter mye om og men.. Bestilte bil fra Hotellet, mye stengte gater og sjåføren viste ikke hvor han skulle kjøre. Gikk rundt ca. 30 min. med bagasje. Rommet sto ikke til forventning. Røyk lukt og så ikke rent ut. Det var ikke noe restaurant eller bar. De kunne evnt ordne for oss om vi ville ha noe. Byttet hotell etter første natt.Fortjener ikke 4*

Dear Einarsen, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to say that your came in F1 period and our hotel situated in the middle of F1 circuit that's why all around hotel's roads were closed. Maybe just for this situation driver found hardly alternative roads.
