there were a lot of bugs in the bathroom when I woke up in the middle of the night. I talked to the manager and she said they are aware because of their area. They did offer if I want to transfer to a new room but it was just so inconvenience for us.
Nice clean Holiday Inn. Near the airport but not noisy. Plenty of shopping nearby

Decent stay at Holiday Inn
It was a decent, comfortable stay, met the expextations for the price paid. Complementary breakfast was a nice addition besides also having free parking at the hotel. The room was spacious and had plenty of space not only for tbe luggages but also for just staying in.
Worst check in experience I have ever had. The front desk lady put up a sign and sat 10 feet away behind a wall while multiple customers waited for her to take a break. She acted like we were crazy to be upset that we were being ignored by her. No apology what so ever, she just acted as if nothing had happened at all. Really rude and not at all what I would expect from a hotel like this.
The worst thing in the room is the wall thermostat DOES NOT WORK!!! When it is OFF, the heater continues on, not stop at all, and if you change the temperature up or down, the heater does not do so. Complained to office, cannot fix problem. Did not get a room. Just unplug stupid heater to turn off.
