Staff was great and breakfast was better than expected, but cold. The rooms, however, were disappointing. One room smelled awful and the other smelled ok. Sheets looked stained, but cleaned. The bathroom was clean but reeked of sewage - has to keep bathroom door closed so it didn’t leak into room. There was no air conditioning, which I didn’t realized until walking into room. I assumed any hotel would have air conditioning, especially in the Philippines, but this does not. To be fair, the Expedia page makes no mention of it so should have known it was not included. WiFi worked well so that was a plus. For the price, this place was not bad.

The room we stayed was not really clean.. The bed cover and towels has stains or something. Wifi not working. But the staff were nice and accommodating.

On our 1sf and 2nd day, it was okay. staff are very accomodating and nice. the room is clean specially the bathroom. but when our 3rd day came, we saw a big rat under the chair. and it came from a hole under the table. so thankful that they covered it before we checked out. T.T we're planning to go back next year, hopefully no rat that time. hihi. btw, our room# is A201

Cockroach on the headboard, no rugs or non slip mat on the bathroom, free plated breakfast but the tapa is cold and scrambled egg looks like its a half serving of a 1 whole egg. I will suggest to just have your breakfast at the nearby Jollibee fastfood.

The location is good. It’s beside a 7/11 so it’s very convenient. The room was clean. The only issue was that the wifi was not functional.

We were given a room which had a bad- smelling toiilet, bed sheets that were dirty and appeared to be used. I notified the receptionist who upgraded as to a bigger room with clean bathroom for no extra charge because according to her, it was their fault. The parking is small. My driver was asked twice to move our car to give some space because the hotel has 2 delivery trucks that need to park inside. The next morning, my driver had to let them know they had to move because these 2 trucks were blocking ours. The only nice thing to say is that the receptionist on duty was easy to talk to and listened to our complaints and took actions immediately.

Cheap room rates but offers everything what i needed.. free breakfast free wifi free parking..convenient store is next to us where what my baby needs are few steps away..fast foods and buffet restaurants also name it.. just had difficulty in washing my baby because the heater is only in the shower..need to be extra careful because of my operation..we might slip..got the chance also to wash him with cold water because the wtaer heater is taking time..but overall was a pleasant stay..

Amenities are good. During our stay the toilet bowl had crack that cause some leakage, but was fixed. I didn’t like the scents they sprayed after cleaning. Too much for my nose. The front door cements was not fixed.

Geen 3 sterren waard
Bij aankomst bleek het aan een drukke weg te liggen. Dat vonden we al niet fijn. Daarnaast ging het inchecken niet zo fijn als we gewend waren bij andere hotels die we geboekt hadden via Expedia. Ze hadden geen aandacht voor ons. Wij waren als eerste aan de beurt, maar er werd iemand anders eerst geholpen. Daarnaast hadden we zgnd geen reservering staan, terwijl ik een reserveringsnummer van Expedia had. Vervolgens na het betalen van een borgsom, kregen we de sleutel van de kamer. Ik dacht, oh nee, een kamer aan de drukke weg en zeker geen 3 sterren waard. Wat betreft de badkamer, die was nat en er lagen plassen water, licht was er onvoldoende. De kranen en het douchescherm (1 zijde, ingang douchegordijn) scherm was erg vies en slecht afgekort en het douchegordijn had geen enkele functie, daar hij te hoog hing. Al met al een niet 3 sterren waardig hotel. Ontbijt was zeer karig en ik ben er niet lekker van geworden ook. Ik zou dit hotel maximaal 2 sterren willen geven. Met dit gegeven, zou ik het hotel ook nooit geboekt hebben. We waren met zijn 3en. Mijn vriendin en ik en haar zoon van 11.
