Great value in great location
Great hotel with balcony overlooking the sea. Clean basic room in great location for exploring the town. Reception man was so very helpful in assisting us with finding ferry tickets. Highly recommend

It does wgat iz says on the tin. Its not expensive, the location is great but its fairly basic. Its clean the bedroom.and bathroom are fine for the money. The breakfast is also ok....but this is not a 4/5 star place do dont expect it to be. Guy on the desk is helpful

Good location but needs modernisation
The hotel is in an excellent location, just off the main road in Ayvalik, and very close to amenities including the local bus network. The room had a balcony with a very nice sea view, although there were some lighting issues on the balcony itself. As there is a car park on one side it can be quite noisy however nothing too disturbing, and if you're staying in central Ayvalik then it is to be expected. The rooms themselves were clean, but very tired and could do with some modernisation, or at least a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast was okay in terms of variety however there was poor hygiene and I found two hairs (one in the bread basket, one in a dish itself). Staff were also not wearing masks. The breakfast balcony offers nice views. Overall I would stay again for the location and convenience as well as the clean rooms. However the hotel could be much improved with a few simple steps such as basic modernisation and greater hygiene at breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location within walking distance to all main attractions in Ayvalik. Great view from the roof top terrace. However, the neighborhood is busy and noisy, it’s difficult to sleep at night. The room is very basic, nothing extra. Recommended for a short visit only if there’s no better option.

old value property in a good location
The hotel is well located in the middle of town next to the sea. The rooms are slightly aged but OK for the price. We were given a suite with a view of the sea despite booking their cheapest room. You can easily walk around the entire town and along the sea from the location. If you don't mind an older room in a good location at a low price then this is a good bet.

The breakfast was very disappointing my grandson could have eaten what was given. Also you say Bar and restaurant but there was not and that was one teason for our booking

Ayvalık merkezde fiyat-performans olarak tercih edilebilecek en uygun otellerden biri. Konumu merkezdeki her yere ve ulaşıma yakın; Cunda veya Sarımsaklı için geliyorsanız bile tercih edilebilir. Odaları temiz, balkonlu ve denize bakıyor. Ayrıca fiyatına göre oldukça iyi bir açık büfe kahvaltı servisi var.

The hotel is centrally located and has a nice view. Free parking is available but it is vallet parking and you need to leave the key.

Banyoların temizliği maalesef ciddi bir problem. Her an mikrop kapıp hastalanmaya müsait bir ortam var. Odalarin M2 leri oldukça düşük. Çok aşırı mecbur kalmadıkça bir daha tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum. Gece ortam gürültülü. Uykuya dalabilmek için saat 02:30'u bekleyebilirsiniz. İlgi ve alaka düşük. "Kalsan ne olur kalmasan ne" gibi bir yaklaşım var.

Yaptığım rezervasyonu yarım saatte zor buldu arkadaş. Aldığımız oda iki kişilik olmasına rağmen bize ayrı ayrı tek kişilik yataklı odayı verdi. Değişim istememe rağmen başka oda yok dedi. Kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum

Otele giriş otopark karmaşası ile başladı. Otelin önü farklı bir işletmeciye ait otopark. Giriş yapmak ve eşyalarımızı indirmek büyük bir sorun oldu. Tabi otopark alanı dolu olduğu için arabanın anahtarını otel personeli olmayan birine verip giriş yapabildik. Ayrıca ücret ödememiz istendi. Vermiş olduğum tepki sonrası otel yönetimi ödemeyi üstlendi. Otel oldukça yapranmış bir yenileme gerektiriyor.
