Les deux gîtes sont spacieux, l’accueil a été agréable. Malheureusement le ménage laissait à désirer (obliger de relaver la vaisselle, poussière, toiles d’araignées). Quand on paye 100€ de forfait ménage, on s’attend à mieux…

Week-end du 11 novembre
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end nous étions 20 personnes. Les gîtes sont bien équipé et la literie est confortable (seul bémol le ménage n'a pas était fait correctement) L'endroit est idéal avec des enfants car il y a une salle de jeux nos ados ont pu jouer au ping-pong et baby foot c'est très sécurisé. Nous avons pu faire de belles ballades car il y a un chemin au bout des gîtes. Emplacement idéal pour aller visiter le Mont Saint-MIchel

Très bon séjour dans ce gîte où les enfants ont pu profiter des infrastructures présentes: salle de jeux, plateau sportif et espaces verts. La proximité des 2 gîtes nous a permis de venir à 17. L'un des 2 gîtes pouvait accueillir la totalité du groupe.

Nous avions deux gîtes et celui prévu pour tout le groupe n’est pas adapté : le plan de travail est trop petit, certains équipements de cuisine moyens. Gîte non chauffé à notre arrivée alors qu’il faisait froid. Bonne literie.

Très bon séjour dans des gîtes spacieux et agréables. Prévoir de changer les aspirateurs et un kit de ménage serait le bienvenu. Environnement calme et propre. Salle de jeux très appréciée de tous.

Ce gite a un emplacement et une conception agréable mais mériterait un équipement mieux adapté et en état de marche ! Des désagréments de fonctionnement (four - éclairage chambre - poubelles ....) qui gâchent le plaisir ! Heureusement, le soleil était au rendez vous !!!

Erreur sur contrat : descriptif pour agencement pour chacun des gites : agencement de la cuisine ->mention d'un frigo de 220L + 1 frigo 120L, or il y avait un frigo 220L à l'Erable et un de 120L au Châtaignier. - tel que c'est mentionné, on s'attendait à avoir 2 frigos dans chaque gite --> voir à modifier le descriptif ou à rajouter un frigo dans chaque gites. En effet pour 20 personnes, un seul frigo par gite c'est trop juste. De plus, les douches sont équipés avec des "douchettes" fixées au mur, et limitées dans le temps --> nous ne sommes pas dans un camping, ni à la piscine... ,nous avons loué un gite. Pour le reste c'est ok, nous avons passé un agréable séjour, dans un endroit très calme, ou les enfants ont pu d'éclater dans les différents endroits prévus pour eux. Génial...

Prix intéressant mais prestations médiocres
Les prestations sont médiocres. Gîte sale a l'arrivée (y compris les syphons de douches et des mouches mortes un peu partout y compris dans les lits), manque beaucoup de vaisselle et vaisselle sale dans l'ensemble, des casseroles cassées et non remplacées malgré nos demandes.... L'emplacement est plutôt sympa mais il faut être très vigilent lors de l'état des lieux. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir exigé un ménage complet (y compris la vaisselle) lors de notre arrivée.

Excellent gîte pour grande famille de 20 personnes. Propre, calme et très bien placé à 20 min du Mont Saint Michel Très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine. Attention prévoir tous les produits ménagers : éponge, produits vaisselles.., Nous avons passé un excellent week end
