Friends' getaway
Perfect overflow accommodations for our friends' group enjoying an extended fall weekend together a few blocks away in Stone Harbor. The house is very welcoming thanks to great hosts, and all of the amenities are outstanding.

Another amazing vacation!
This is our 3rd year staying at this place and we always enjoy our stay! The location is perfect - close to the beach, bay and downtown shopping in Stone Harbor! The house is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! The host provides all the info you need for a smooth check in and is always quick to respond!!

Just had a great week in Avalon/Stone Harbor at this wonderful place. It was clean, modern, quiet, and fully furnished. We did not have to bring anything! Parking was easy and just a short walk down the block to the beach. Would recommend this to anyone!

We went to Avalon with another couple (4 people) for a short spring getaway which we do every year. This is the first year we have rented a condo. It was terrific! Very clean! Linens were provided! A great locaton,close to Icona. Owner s very responsive.I would highly recommend this condo.. Grear!! gggggggggggggg

Perfect stay, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet at night and perfect for a getaway at the beach. I came into town to stay for a wedding and stayed with my husband, mother, and grandparents. Lots of common room space and Our dog was even welcome! Would absolutely stay again!

Avalon Oasis
This is a great location. It’s close to the Icona, Winddrift, Avalon Brew Pub. Very close walk to the beach as well. The inside is updated and clean. I like that it has a front porch and access through both the front and back. Owner was very responsive and helpful. The house/condo has pretty much everything you would need. Will stay again.

I thought the bathroom was dirty with pubic hair in the tub. The kitchen area was full of sand on the first day of arrival. I swept the floor every night. I feel they could use steak knives a strainer, to mention as cookware. The bed in the one room was like a brick so my daughter slept on the coach. The railing of the back porch is very loose. It should be cemented into the ground. The back door was a pain as it did not close on its own. Grease are some Recommendations I would make. Thanks,

Hello Frank - I appreciate your comments - WE have not received a negative comment the last two years straight so your comments were a surprise. My cleaning service mentioned they were there for over two hours and it was spotless as usual when they left. We do have two strainers in the kitchen and lots of knives and silverware. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. i want to remind you that you still have not paid your full rent to stay with us!!!! You didn't pay your second payment. We have been trying reach you for the last 3 days (both myself and VRBO) Please pay your rent like everyone else!

When we discovered this little gem on VRBO we were delighted b/c it suited our needs to a tee. It is very difficult to find an attractive, clean, updated home that allows pets at the NJ shore. When we arrived, we were not disappointed. In addition to the lovely space, Donna and Steve provided everything: bed, bath and kitchen linens, cleaning products, beach accessories. It truly was a vacation for me (Mom) and I hope donna and Steve will consider us for future stays. Thank you!

The condo was extremely clean and well appointed. Everything you could need is there and included. So nice that the bedding, towels and paper products are there. Lovely to have extra beach equipment, also. Great location. We enjoyed many of the board games, too!

Great time at the shore
This property was clean and very well-stocked, the furniture comfortable, and in a great location. Parking was easy to find on the street for our second vehicle. Donna was easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. Our dog enjoyed his visit as well, including walks to the nearby park. One item to note is that one of the twin beds is a trundle bed.

Donna was the best! So helpful and accommodating! The condo was fantastic. So close to everything. We love Avalon, Stone Harbor and Sea Isle. Very clean and has everything you need! We had the best weather too. Donna provides beach chairs if you need them as well as tags. We will definitely rent from Donna again.

Perfect little place
This was the perfect place for our family of four and our dog. The beds and couch were comfortable and all the basic supplies were well stocked. I liked the way it was decorated and felt comfortable during our almost 2 week stay. The location is great, an easy 2 block walk for the beach and 1 mile to all the shops and restaurants in Stone Harbor.

My family and I had a pleasant stay. Donna was a very attentive host and made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. The best part about this place is its convenience to the beach, Windrift and Golden Inn hotels, Downtown Stone Harbor and Avalon. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the many amenities the property offered. Perfectly suited our needs for the week.

This was the perfect place to host our dog for our wedding at Icona over the long weekend. My wife and I, plus our 12-year old "pup", really enjoyed our stay. A spacious, clean, and comfortable unit, the kitchen has everything you need, and the location is perfect (10-15 minute walk to downtown Stone Harbor, two blocks from beach and bars/restaurants at Icona/Windrift). Great front porch, comfortable bed, etc. Beach chairs came in handy. We also really appreciated the dog "supplies" (towels, blankets, dishes). Owner was VERY responsive and great to deal with. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Avalon condo
Great condo in a great location. Easy bike or walk to hotel bars, Stone Harbor and Pickleball ball courts. Beach tags and chairs included and for a little extra sheets towels too. Clean and all you need for your vaca down the shore!

Comfortable stay in a great place!
Came here with my family for a week and had a great stay. Short, easy walk to the beach (even with little ones). Also walking distance to a market, pizza place, and playgrounds. The condo had everything we needed and checkin/check out were easy. Great stay, would recommend!

Peaceful weekend at the Jersey Shore
My husband and I were looking for a quick, peaceful weekend getaway, and we found it at Donna's place! It was exactly as described! It's 2 "long" blocks to the beach, and a block from the bay. The beach was amazing. The sand is super soft and the waves were very gentle. Our dog had so much fun chasing the waves and walking on the sand. We only used the master bedroom, which had a super comfortable king sized bed and blackout curtains. The kitchen was well stocked, with a blender, drip coffee maker, microwave, and all the utensils you would ever need. The sofa was super comfy, and the patio was a great place to chill with a glass of wine in the evening. One thing to note is that the patio does not have a closure, so we just blocked it off with the table so our dog wouldn't run out. Since it was still Covid, we took out and ordered in a lot. One night we picked up at Ricks Seafood in North Wildwood- their broiled platters were amazing. Second night we got delivery from the Watering Hull, which was great as well. Last night we got delivery from Ristorante Luciano- food was slightly salty, but we washed it down with a lot of wine. All in all, it was a great trip!

Perfect Beach Get Away!
This three bedroom condo was a perfect home away from home at the Jersey shore. The pictures accurately depict the property and the convenience of being on the first floor with the cute walk up porch made it extra nice. The owner conveniently includes beach passes, chairs, boogie boards, etc. and the kitchen is well equipped. I would highly recommend this location as it's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and recreation center. You can even walk to the bay for a beautiful sunset! I would definitely stay here again!
