It was perfect for our needs. Spacious with separate bedrooms and communal space (living room and eat-in kitchen.) I'd recommend it.

Dripping Springs Rustic Beauty
This house has a.lot of rustic charm and is in a perfect location to explore Dripping Springs as well as being convenient to Austin and surrounding Brewery's and Winery's! The Texas Hill country is close by!

Amazing stay
I came down to look at the area because I will be moving very soon for school. This, was by far one of the coolest cottages I have ever stayed in. Todd, who was the manager was very nice, and easy to Work with. I had to extend my trip two days, and Todd made it very easy to do so. I highly recommend this as a stay.

Super cute and great location
Contact with the property manager was great. Super easy to find. Beds were very comfortable. Within a short distance of many things to do including the wedding venue we were in TX for. Would definitely stay there again

Cute house, great value
We enjoyed our December stay in this quirky little historic home. There were just two of us, but plenty of space for our adult sons to visit and enjoy meals together. The provided space heaters kept us pretty cozy. Lots of patio/yard space, we remarked how we’d enjoy it in summer. Very short walk to downtown Dripping shops.

Very nice and clean cottage. Beds were very comfortable, location was fabulous. Close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Outside patio with fire pit was relaxing at night. Would recommend staying at this property to family and friends.

The location in downtown dripping springs was great. We were just a short drive from quite a few breweries and distilleries, and really enjoyed the patio.

Cute Cottage in Cute Town
Todd is very attentive and responsive. The cottage is very well equipped and very comfy. It has a lot of character being a historic building. It is in a very nice location where you can be in the middle of the fun and action and yet have the most quiet and peaceful sleep and stay. It is a great place to enjoy yourself outdoors or have a cozy night indoors. Easy access to restaurants, shops, bars and main road. Will definitely stay again at this quaint cottage!

Cutest Little Cottage
It was so much fun to stay in this historic stone cottage. It has some great antique furniture that adds to the vibe, and we found the home to be very comfortable. Good location in the middle of town. The perfect home base to explore all of the wineries in the area!

Then proximity to town was ideal. The pricing was a bit high for a single bathroom house but the patio was lovely and the beds were comfortable.
