The only reason for not giving a 5 is for the parking around the hotel. Parking was very difficult when full or almost full, so just another option for parking and this would have been an exceptional stay. Staff was delightful, and the room was very clean!

We traveled to dripping springs to attend a dear friends wedding. Our stay was very comfortable and the holiday inn was very clean. It was convenient, the parking was great and the staff was amazing. We would definitely come stay again if in the area.

Arrived at hotel to check in at 4.30pm and room was not ready, with clean not even started! We had a prior engagement to get ready, the delay caused us to be late and stressed out. We expected some discount but was told that they could not apply it.

Much appreciated after a bad experince in Austin
Check in took a bit long but that was on hotels.com not working properly. Everything was really nice except for the super loud guy next door that needed to break up with his girlfriend cause it really wasnt working out.

I liked the size of the room, the refrigerator, the microwave and TV. Great set up for laptop and desk for work. After 10pm - very quiet. For the price it was a good value. I wish there was hand soap or bars of soap at the sink to wash hands. Room was clean and comfortable except for weird stuff on the walls in the bathroom. Two complaints: The 9:00 am knock on door for cleaning on the day we were to check out and the sour attitude of the front desk employee. This girl must be having a bad day every day.

We stayed for 4 nights and would stay again if and when we are ever in the area. The continental breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

We were attending a wedding. This motel was 15 min from the venue. We had to leave before check in time. The staff provided us a place to change to our formal clothes.
