Relaxing Retreat
We were very impressed with how organized Jeanette was! We appreciated the literature and suggestions for things to do. The house is well appointed and has everything you need! We found the hot tub and rocking chairs to be so relaxing. The location of the house was also great. It's in a very quiet location and yet accessible to so many places! We would definitely stay again!!

Fabulous stay
This lovely property is just as is shown on Website. The property is very clean, nice view from the front porch rocking chairs. Hot tub was spotless and hot. A lot of nice things that were helpful, like umbrellas by the door that I unfortunately needed to use. It was a busy wedding weekend. I would like to go back and stay when I can enjoy the property.!

Wonderful Relaxing Property
We truly enjoyed this house! Perfect location with a cozy front porch and spacious backyard. The house was very clean and conformable. Jeanette has thought of everything you need and more! We would definitely stay there again!

Cute house for a girls’ getaway

We had three adult couples staying in the home. The bedrooms were great. Everything was super clean. Very much enjoyed the hot tub, the tree swing and the front porch. It was in a convenient area yet felt secluded.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend
This property was the perfect wedding weekend getaway with close friends. The accommodations were perfectly clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We loved the hot tubs and tried out several restaurant suggestions that were delicious. The Texas countryside was beautiful and I hope to return soon.

Great News Years Getaway from Houston

Great Landing Spot After Wedding
This was a perfect gathering spot after a family wedding. The home had everything we needed. Clear instructions for everything were readily available. There were plenty of towels, kitchen necessities and laundry supplies. This is so much better than staying in a hotel. We enjoyed the distilleries and wineries in the area. We highly recomend!

This home felt so cozy yet luxurious and was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The bedrooms were a very nice size with beds that were beyond comfortable and beautiful. All the normal useful items were provided along with many other helpful items for a stay away from home. Absolutely loved it!

The home was beautiful, well equipped and even had a nice welcome gift awaiting us! Unfortunately there were not enough towels and had to wash them. We did not have a Hulu account so we couldn’t watch live TV. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were very spacious. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you for your feedback. The Roku TV has hundreds of movies, live TV and news options that don't require a subscription. If you have a Hulu subscription it can be accessed from the Roku. The listing states that the two televisions are equipped with Roku. I will include additional towels from now on, my apologies. I would have gladly brought you additional towels had I known you wanted more. I do appreciate you taking the time to inform me. Guests feedback is invaluable.

Wonderful wedding weekend in Dripping Springs!
My husband and in-laws stayed at this beautiful property during a recent family wedding (located at Camp Lucy). We were coming into town from South Dakota and North Carolina and wanted to be able to have lots of visiting time together throughout the weekend, and this lovely home was just what we needed to make our weekend special and memorable. The check-in process was seamless and we found everything we needed and more once we arrived. Spacious, bright, and inviting bedrooms; a cozy living room; and a spotless kitchen filled with everything we needed to cook together - even lots of spices! I have stayed at many rental homes over the years and have never before experienced such a well-stocked kitchen! The backyard was beautiful and, although it was quite chilly on our visit weekend, we enjoyed sitting outside with coffee and playing games in the backyard when the sun was out. The hot tub was perfect, too! We loved that the property was perfectly situated for nice quiet walks around the neighborhood, but was also extremely close to the grocery and coffee shops and to the wedding venue. We all kept remarking throughout the weekend how happy we were to be staying here. Book this property for your next stay in Dripping Springs - you'll be glad you did!

Amazing property in Texas Hill Country
I can’t say enough good things about this rental! The property comes with absolutely everything you will need for a stay and has small attention to detail that makes it even better (e.g. USB charger hubs bedside). The decor and accents made the house very aesthetically pleasing. Also really enjoyed the hot tub. Great location to access the grocery store and all of the great surrounding attractions.

Picturesque getaway on the outskirts of Austin

We had a wonderful stay here. Jeanette was so accommodating and responsive to all of our communications when I made some requests, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place is beautiful and immaculate. I am super picky about where I stay and was very impressed. We’ve been staying in a lot of rentals lately and hers was our favorite! The kitchen was stocked, the beds were comfortable, we loved the huge backyard and amazing views (our kids were thrilled to see a fox in the backyard one morning), and appreciated having all the kids toys to play with. We loved it here and will be back!
