I always stay here when I come to Augusta. However this time first room dirty bathroom second room air torn up, no microwave, and refrigerator didn’t get cold. Third room they moved me to was much better. But the owner husband smelled like alcohol and made it seem like I was lying about the condition of the other two rooms. I will be calling back to speak to his wife

I was really concerned when I saw the price, however, with over a thousand reviews, I figured I would try it. It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean, smelled disinfected and even the sheets had a hint of bleach on them. It is older but it looks well maintained. Surprisingly, it was very quite when the doors were shut. I would happily stay there again.

Everything went smoothly and great. They even upgraded my room to the first floor because they saw all my bags. Front desk women was wonderful and helped me out so much

The checkin was very easy and the attendant was SUPER nice. When leaving the morning attendant was also SUPER nice. Bathroom was a little dated but still clean and usable.

We apologize that the wait inconvenienced you and the reaction that was given to the clerk was not acceptable. In the future its best that you booked a room in another establishment that is better suited for you. Thank you.

This motel is NOT the 8 stars this app reflected. It is clearly in a bad part of town with people walking everywhere at all hours of the night. Very loud outside the door random times throughout the night. I was very worried even walking around back to my room since it was late at night. Bed skirt has visible stains. Office door is locked until you come up they can unlock (if that tells you the type of motel/area)

Summer, we apologize for unpleasant experience you had at our motel. Front office door close at 10:00pm. We attended guests from the night window after 10.00 pm and you checked in at 1:30am. Noise coming from the McDonald is not in our control. We are trying our best to keep our Motel quite at night time.

So let’s start with the bad. My husband found a hair in the bed that wasn’t ours. The first night the volume in the remote wouldn’t work but then it started so I don’t know. Same with the ac on low energy mode.

This hotel is in a great location and was clean and had everything we needed, but be aware that although every restaurant you could want is close by, there are no sidewalks! And it's on a very busy road.

Wonderfully consistent! Comfy beds…
I’m not gonna lie- sometimes you don’t feel like elevators and lobbies for a quick trip out of town. They’re friendly, consistent. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable- and the area around it isn’t sketchy. Well worth staying here!
