You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Lovely Condo! Sleeps 4 with Pool. Walk to beach, boardwalk, shopping and restau.


Sleeps four people. Condo is a large studio close to Beach and Boardwalk. Unit has one queen size bed, one double and a sleeper sofa. Heated Pool with one off street parking space. Walking distance to shops and restaurants . Unit has small kitchen for cooking on stove, microwave, Coffee Maker and cable TV. There is also a barbeque grill located in the pool area that is shared by the complex. Please be advised that the pool is available from Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day Weekend. Laundry facility is also located on site.

Short walk to Boardwalk, local affordable cafe one block away open 7days breakfast lunch dinner. Comfortable beds, TV had extensive selection of channels to watch college and pro football. Towels were thin, and bath rug looked like it needed to be washed. Would have liked to have a hair dryerand power strip for more outlets.

This place was perfect for what we needed and was a great price for what you get. It was located close to the boardwalk/beach, and very close to shopping and restaurants. The place was very clean and the host had a great response time. Would stay again!

Unit was cozy and neat. Had difficulty with tv and owner came and got it squared away. Unit had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Highly recommend it!

On a scale of 1-10, overall rating an 8 but here's some suggestions:
Pool was closed. Didn't know that. Could of used more toilet paper (had 1 roll). Check Out instructions and specifics about the area could have been printed out and left on the table for arrival. We did not know that Ocean City is a "dry" city. Where are the best restaurants? Just an intro to the area would be helpful. Also, check out process: Where does the garbage go? What to do with linens? Do we vacuum? I think the property was fine, clean and comfortable. Great location and walking distance to everything necessary. However, more information could be provided during the process so that we know ahead of time and not need to text back and forth with questions. Just a suggestion for other guests. I've stayed at other VRBO properties and an informational guide is usually left on the table with instructions upon arrival and for checkout. I would recommend Ocean City and this property. Thank you!
