Front desk is slow. They ran out of towels for our second day. We had about 5 rooms in our party and we all had to reuse our towels.

Housekeeping did not come everyday to clean, we asked for towels they did not bring them, the elevator was broken I had to get new room keys which is the second time I’ve had to do that on my stays. I could not use the sink without the shower filling up

I stayed there for 3 nights . The check in was about a hour because they only had one person working the front desk and the system was down . But after that everything was ok .will stay there again

So even though it wasn't the best experience I've had here, it wasn't horrible. Some things happened that were out of the control of the staff but they were excellent in trying to fix things. I will be back. Front desk staff were great.

We have stayed here before. This time Our stay started off rocky because our room did not have hot water. It was lukewarm at best. Then we asked for a different room the front desk lady obliged and we were pleasantly surprised that the new room was perfect. The rooms aren’t updated and the furniture is well worn (even a little dusty in some rooms) but we would book again bc the price was affordable for the quality.

May stay at the Sonesta was wonderful as always. The numerous parking spaces must a plus we did not spend much time looking for parking. This is my second stay at a Sonesta hotel and it definitely did not disappoint.

I absolutely cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was with this property and more so, with Expedia!!! My husband and I were looking for hotels originally for a one night stay. On average we knew we would pay around $160 for it. I wanted to stay two nights but our budget was not giving and we wanted to stay in a pretty decent hotel in a good area. I prayed and came across Sonesta and was delightfully surprised that the price was giving, VERY giving, so much so that we were able to do the two nights and stay within budget. We'd never stayed at a Sonesta, but have family that had so we knew the hotel would be nice. I'd read other reviews for this hotel, but let me tell you, do your own assessment. I was a little skeptical initially, but driving up to the hotel was enough for me to know we'd made the right choice. Check-in was quick and simple. One thing I did not like was the attendant did not tell us about breakfast, the amenities we had access to and she did not explain to us that we would need our key to access the floor we were staying on. We had to ask the housekeeper, who did not speak English, how to get to our floor. I thought the elevator was broken and literally almost had a panic attack because the elevator would not open when we were trying to go up, but it would not move. Anyhow, once that was figured out, the rest is history. It was a wonderful stay. I give it two thumbs up!!!

Everything was nice except the pool was not able to be used. It was dirty and closed. We stayed 3 days. When reserving the pool was a plus for us. Had a great time here. The area has a lot of nice restaurants and shopping plazas that you can walk to so that was great. Hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were great as well :) Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Property was safe and provided the necessary accommodations needed for the stay. The property was extremely clean, and Nehemiah was my front desk rep, and was amazingly hospitable. I didn't have the same experience with previous guest service agents. It is clear that the furniture in the unit was a bit aged (i.e. sofa, dressers, headboard), however, the cleanliness of the unit assisted with that.

The hotel rooms were very much clean and neat for stay. Staff and service were very lacking of professionalism. We booked two rooms and requested them to be close only for them to be 20 doors apart. Rooms were reassigned and found out the name was registered to someone else’s name. Then she gave him room keys that were not deactivated at room exchange. The. They did not quite understand Expedia VIP access on providing the listed breakfast vouchers.

Really great location. It's literally close to everything. The lobby is beautiful but the infrastructure and hotel rooms desperately need to be updated. The furnishings are good quality, but they're so old... Borderline dingy.
