I paid $40 more for a king room and got a double bed I want a refund on the additional $40 they told me that THEY oversold the king rooms but I paid for my room in full 4 days prior.

My Room was ICE COLD!!!! A man came up to “Fix” the thermostat and didn’t even touch ANYTHING!!! Telling me the heating system was turned down because of the season but don’t worry the room will warm up soon. I called the front desk numerous time for no answer when I had enough 6 in the morning I took my two kids and left to my surprise the front desk lady was sitting there having a conversation with housekeeping but denied hearing the phone ring! I slept in my clothes ALL NIGHT because it was too cold! For them to only offer to take off parking!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I arive to property around 11pm3/22/24 with my daughters only to be told that they didnt have any rooms for me or the other 20 Something other guest and was told there was nothing they could and was force to stay else somewhere that wasnt close and not to my quilty

I chose this hotel for a one night stay before heading out for a work event because they had an indoor pool and restaurant on site. Pool was not available and restaurant only open certain hours. Not the hours set for guest check in of course. So fine, I ordered ubereats then hopped in the shower. Food arrived and the driver called ro say she wasn’t being allowed to deliver to my door. Called the front desk and was told this was a safety policy at all hotels. I’d stayed at four different hotels that week alone and knew this was false. Was in a bathrobe and hair still wet. Very inconvenient. Especially when the other order I made was delivered directly to my door. I asked that driver how did they get past the front desk. “I just walked right past.” Brilliant smh. Room was shabby, cracks in the ceiling in the shower, and needs updating. Most likely won’t stay at this location again.

This was not an inexpensive hotel, and when you add the $15 per night parking fee.....it was a bit much for a hotel this old and worn out. The first room they put me in had mis-matched furniture and the mini-fridge had scratches and dents. The carpet had stains, as did the upholstered chair and ottoman. I was asked to be moved to another room. The second room looked as though it had been slightly updated; but there were stains on the carpet, upholstered chair and ottoman. Also, the key to the door was not working and I shlepped up and down the elevator with all my bags THREE times before the maintenance man can and determined that the key box was broken. I had no key to the room that evening/night, with the promise that it would be fixed before I had to leave the room at 8:30. It was not. The box was not repaired until sometime after 5pm the next day. I could not get in my room all day. I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall decent property. We stayed for the weekend for my wife’s birthday. The cleaning staff didn’t come to the room at all. I’m not sure if we needed to request cleaning and new towels/washcloths but it wasn’t replenished while we were there. It would’ve been nice to maybe have some small waters or something in the room fridge but that may be expecting too much I guess. It is in walking distance from Starbucks, McDonald’s & CVS if you’re looking for something quick and close. Restaurants are not too far though (up a few exits) so that was great. The smell and look of the hotel lobby was pretty good. Overall I would say 3-3.5 Stars out of 5.

It wasn’t good at all. The staff member was so rude. I told her to change my room but they didn’t. My room was messed up. The roof was leaking in the body wash. It was all water. The bathroom was clogged. It was all messed up.

Our room was cold, even with thermostat being at 90 degrees. The maintenance person told us it takes a while for the room to become warm because it was kept at a low temperature for a long time.
