They were very accommodating to early arrival. I had a noise problem with an adjacent room and they promptly switched my room with an upgrade.

As we arrived the front desk clerk was somewhat rude. They held some trouble with their system and they charged me more than the amount for incidentals from my debit card and she could not explain . Long story short I spoke with the manager and he told me to call my bank. Initially I didn’t feel that he was helpful but he did waive the incidental fees. The hotel is located in a nice area. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The carpet could use some updating.

I like the fact it gave resort vibes. The staff was friendly. Only one complaint. I was charge for two cars for 3 nights and I didn't drive. The reservationist took care of it during my check out

House cleaning starts their WAKE UP CALLS knocking and yelling down the halls "house keepinggggg" , going in and out of neighboring rooms slamming doors.... disturbing paying customers sleep....regardless of the do not disturb sign they definitely make a disturbance. I recieved a measly apology from desk staff..... use to be my favorite place to stay but now looking elsewhere.

The rooms for the price should be in excellent condition.. the shower water was not hot only luke warm. There were many areas in the room that cleary wasnt cleaned..the paint in many areas needed touching up...and to have pay for parking is so unacceptable and the security arms for parking were broke completely off!!!!!!

It was better last visit
My visit this stay at this hotel definitely wasn't the same. Customer service was ok unlike my first visit here where customer service was very welcoming Ready to assist, but I didn't get that vibe this visit. Parking was open my first visit this visit now you need a permit to park, enter and exit the facility. My room last visit was immaculate, clean and welcoming. This recent visit my room was half clean and muggy with a stale odor. Immediately began to spray the room down with Lysol. The bathroom was the worst dripping sink and tub faucet, half empty bottles of body wash and shampoo and conditioner. Which sat on the side of the tub like someone's house unorganized, no trash bag in the can. Carpet not vacuumed, smudges on every night stand. Bathroom counter top look like someone has been pecking at it with something... Not a good experience for me this go round... Won't give up though... But I will mention if I Decide to stay again...

Room was nice, i had booked a suite to ensure a comfortable stay but that wasn’t the case but it had all the potential to be a great stay. I must admit I am disappointed i was here for a work trip but when I first arrived I was charged $100 for incidentals which is standard but I was charged the $100 two times so it was $200 total for incidentals. I had issues connecting to the internet so I wasn’t able to work from the room. I couldn’t really unpack and get comfortable due to the roaches. I seen a few so I just kept my stuff closed up and I was out for most of my time so I kept my belongings with me.

You can find better.
Just getting to the point the hotel is very run down on the inside. The room was not very well kept. The mattress didn’t even have a fitted sheet. The bathroom wasn’t clean the tub had some kind of red stuff in it. The sink had dog hair all over it which I had to end up cleaning both. The ridge didn’t work the wasn’t a microwave in the room. The lobby was always very noisy. The selection on the tv was terrible no trash bags in the trash cans. It was just very rundown for the price.

Not nearly enough parking for capacity and parking doesn’t come with the room, it’s a separate charge. Hotels are more business style than vacation style hotels. Literally have to pay for everything separate but other than that it was really nice
