The place was so clean and well maintained. The pool and gym were beyond expectations and used daily. Only complaint was the wifi at pool and gym had a very poor connection. Would definite stay here again if in Atlanta.

We had a packed agenda for a 4 day get away!. So convenient to downtown and to the ballpark. We had a great time. 3 adults and 2 children. Was the perfect size. Everything we needed was there. Thanks for opening your home to us!

The condo was very nice. Clean and spacious. Location was perfect to get to the Cobb Galaria. Only problem was with the front door on our last day but the hosts were very quick to get the issue fixed and with communication.

This spacious apartment was very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with our gate code when arrived on a Sunday evening after hours but some one arrived to help us within 10 minutes! Good service.

Condo had everything you could need and was very spacious and clean We were visiting family and did not have time to enjoy the amenities, but the pool looked awesome. We brought our dog and she also settled in quickly. Management contacted us to make sure we were able to get in ok, which was a first for me. I appreciated the call. We will definitely rent again.

Our group of 5 loved our stay here during Thanksgiving weekend. I was pleasantly surprised at how well-equipped the kitchen was for cooking and leftovers. They also provided some pantry items and toiletries. One hiccup was that cable was not provided as indicated in the listing. The property manager was quick to respond but couldn’t do anything. Note that the tv is a smart tv, so you can use your own log-in for streaming services. Overall we loved our stay and would return.

We loved this apartment. It was so clean. So nice. Had everything you needed! The beds were so comfortable! We never wanted to leave. Our only complaint was the neighbor upstairs. He threw parties between 10 pm and 3 am. Music and yelling. One night there was evening a fight! You could hear everything. We asked them to be respectful but that didn’t do much! However we would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was in a very nice complex. It is toward the back surrounded by trees. Very private. There were a few essentials in the pantry and even some creamer in the fridge, which I really appreciated since I’m the only one in my family who doesn’t drink black coffee. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The staff in the office was super friendly. This was one of the better VRBO’s I’ve stayed in, and we use them a lot. The only suggestion I would have for this condo would be to fix the washing machine so that it’s not so loud. It worked great, but it was super loud, so you couldn’t do laundry at night.

We stayed at this property for 7 days. Upon checking in, we were thankful that the property manager saw us trying to get through that gate as the passcode that was given to us wouldn't work. That was the only slight hiccup during our stay. The unit is located down a large flight of steps in a quiet area of the complex. The unit was clean, spacious and decorated nicely. It was stocked with everything needed.. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed walking around the complex in the mornings instead of going to the gym. The neighbors were very friendly. We didn't have any issues with the upstairs neighbor as previous reviews stated. You can hear footsteps sometimes, which I expected being that it is an apartment building. The pool area was great and my daughter loved the playground. I loved having morning coffee and reading my book on the outdoor patio area, which overlooks the beautiful Georgia landscape. Have fun!!

The place is well located. However, the mattress are terrible. Very old and the springs do not permit a confortable dream or rest. We switched to the different beds but the it was not possible to get a better.
