We lived in Marietta for over 24 years. Returned for my daughter’s surgery. We still have family in Cobb county! This location was perfect for us! We LOVE the Marietta Square! The Carriage House was perfect for us! Cozy with a very open feeling! Lots of windows and light! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Charming Cottage
The cottage was well stocked. Kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and the washer and dryer were very nice. One suggestion would be - the couch and matching oversized chair in the living room could be updated. They seemed a little worn down, not very comfortable. All in all the cottage was nice and enjoyable. The surrounding neighborhood was lovely.

The free standing house is very conveniently located about 7/10ths of a mile from Marietta Square, which offers charm, history and many dining options. The house is set back from the road, very comfortable and quiet, with a back yard and plenty of parking. We loved it!

Great location!
We came to the area for a baseball tournament. This was our 4th and final trip and I wish that we had found this property sooner! It is close to the interstate, restaurants, and groceries. The Marietta Square is within walking distance. The neighborhood and property is very, very nice.

Just as advertized
This pretty very pretty and chic house had more than what we expected. Very nice interiors, newer appliances, and comforts. The quiet neighborhood with tall trees was very nice but the proximity to the town square was a very nice surprise. We totally enjoyed our stay here. PS: Recommendation to the owner: You may want to remove the non-working exercise bike from the living room - it just occupies space and is of no use there.

Perfect house walking distance to Marietta
We really enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. It was comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed the bonfire and fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to be able to walk to Marietta Square, with lots of dining options. We were in town for a baseball tournament at LakePoint and it was an easy drive. We will be back. Thanks Wayne!
