Nice little Gite
The Property was advertised as a 6 bed Gite. The downstairs bedroom was ideal double room but the two rooms up a narrow ladder were not Ideal for adults in their late 50s and mid 60s , It made it difficult getting in and out of these areas. Overall the Gite was clean and tidy and although the host didnt speak English she was very pleasant and helpful

Situation du gite et équipements
Le gite a une bonne situation dans Asnelles que nous connaissons bien. La chambre du bas est spacieuse mais ne peut pas recevoir 2 lits de 2 personnes comme annoncé, notre couchage etait composé de 2 matelas sur un sommier à lattes rendant le tout glissant . La salle de bain est bien. La piece de vie est petite (nous etions 4 adultes).Les chambres de l etage sont conformes au descriptif (pas de rangement pour les vêtements).Le gite n est pas adapté hors saison estivale Accès impossible en voiture dans l allée et stationnement interdit sur le terrain alors que la propriétaire y était stationnée. Allée mal éclairée. parking éloigné. Équipement : la cuisinière très petite,four inutilisable. manque de place pour ranger les provisions. A part cela nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Très bon séjour la dame était très gentille le gite est très bien et bien placé près de la plage le souci c était la météo exécrable mais ça ne dure jamais le soleil revient toujours

Schöne Lage, Hygiene mangelhaft, für 2 Gäste groß genug
Die Wohnung ist für die vier Personen, die wir waren (Ehepartner 49 & 52 J., Söhne 20 & 16 J.), zu klein. Im Erdgeschoss können zwei Erwachsene in einem Schlafzimmer schlafen. In den beiden Schlafnischen oberhalb von Schlafzimmer und Bad kann man Erwachsene nicht guten Gewissens unterbringen, sofern sie normalwüchsig sind. Weil sowohl die Zuwegung zu den Nischen, als auch die Nischen selber, nur 130 cm hoch sind, kann man den Weg von der Treppe dorthin nur krabbelnd auf allen Vieren zurücklegen. Aus demselben Grund stehen in diesen Nischen auch keine Betten, sondern es liegen dort Matratzen - einmal auf einem Lattenrost, einmal einfach auf dem Fußboden. Schränke gibt es natürlich auch nicht, aber die fehlen auch unten. In der Küche herrschte nicht der Grad an Sauberkeit, den wir hätten erwarten dürfen. Das Besteck und Geschirr, das wir benutzt haben, haben wir VOR der Erstbenutzung gründlich gereinigt. Ebenso Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Herd. (Dass die Töpfe in dem Schrank unter dem Abfluss stehen, zeigt schon das Verhältnis der Vermieterin zum Thema Hygiene. Dass der Abfluss tropft, verschärft das Problem zusätzlich.) Außerdem schrieb uns die Vermieterin am Vortag unserer Anreise, dass es KEINE Bettwäsche gebe - anders als im Text angegeben. Über die erforderlichen Maße der Bettwäsche haben wir auch auf Nachfrage keine Angaben erhalten. Weil die Vermieterin kein Englisch spricht, war die Kommunikation nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich.

Accueil agréable et précisions pour futurs vacanciers
Accueil très agréable et au service des vacanciers. A noter cependant, car cela n'est pas explicite dans l'annonce, qu'un escalier raide conduit aux 2 coins nuits dont la hauteur n'excède pas 1m30. Cependant on y dort très bien et cela explique le prix très correct de la location qui se situe réellement tout près de la plage.

Belle Maison et localisation parfaite
La maison est conforme à la description, l'étage est plutôt destiné aux enfants. Le logement est propre et bien équipé. La localisation est réellement à 100 mètres de la plage, et vraiment à mes yeux idéal. L'accueil sur place a été fluide agréable et sympathique. Nous etions 1 adultes, 3 enfants dont deux ados et un chien.

Très bien situé
Le gîte est à quelques mètres de la plage. La terrasse et le jardin sont vraiment très agréables. Le gîte est bien dans l'ensemble mais mériterait un bon coup de frais (peinture à rafraîchir et aussi du mobilier à changer) L'un des espaces nuit sous les combles est très exigu pour qu'un adulte y dorme, par contre pour un enfant ça va. Ce gîte est très bien placé et permet de découvrir la région magnifique et ses nombreux atouts. Sandrine nous accueille très bien et s'assure que notre séjour se passe bien.
