I genuinely wish I could give this place a better review as it is clearly a small, family-owned and run motel, and the room was fine, but the service was horrible and unprofessional. First, it is clear they have invested exactly zero time understanding how to accommodate people with disabilities in compliance with federal law, or training their staff to do so. I arrived with my service animal and was met with questions about my dog as a pet or ESA. I told Lindsay, who checked me in, that my dog is not a pet but a service animal. She told me it was hotel policy that I couldn’t stay in a non-pet room with my service animal (which conflicts with disability law). When I suggested they spend time learning the ADA and how to better accommodate people with disabilities, Lindsay condescendingly told me I just must be having a bad day. She was holding back laughter throughout the whole encounter. Second, their boy, old enough to understand better, was peeking through the window into my room several times, even after I closed the curtains. I have never been met with such unprofessional, dismissive, patronizing, and disrespectful service.

Thus was our 2nd stay and we enjoyed ourselves! Rooms are clean and comfy, staff is excellent. The little pool was sparkling and the motel itself is classic and adorable. Will stay again and highly recommend.

Liked this hotel mostly. But the noise from air conditioner and refrigerator were little bit noisy. I woke up to the sound of refrigerator operation. Other than this, it was a nice hotel.

I really love staying at this motel, for several reasons. The staff is what makes this place seem special. And the grounds, flowers and rooms are impeccable. Joseph, from the family who owns and operates the property is very polite and is great at working out deals with you if you are having a extended stay. Kate Lynn works at the desk most afternoons and is very friendly and great at recommendations for restaurants, bars, transportation. The staff here is so attentive and its a wonderful place and has more to offer than most hotels. Every day they serve a gourmet breakfast. I am saying its very good. The housekeeping team keeps the place spotless and Frank is the groundskeeper who keeps the flowers looking gorgeous and also friendly guy who can give local recommendations. i always stay here when in Eugene. Great location in town and fair prices make this a Eugene gem.....

We had book two room double queen size bed. We only got one that we book and the second room was double bed with full beds. We paid the same price for different rooms. They didn’t have enough towels for 4 people and they also didn’t have enough cups for coffee. The A/C unit worked but we couldn’t change the temperature which was a hassle. We were tired and we hoped to get well-rested but we were disappointed by what we got.
