HORRIBLE DAY
Hotels.com should be embarrassed allowing this HORRIBLE motel on there site this is 1950 motel that has not been improved No phone in room its away from everything no restaurants within 15 miles. The room i was assigned was in disarray the sheets were stained. Safety no one of there concerns. I checked however I did not stay i was there less than hour but no refund. More disappointed in HOTELS. COM If you read the description you would feel just a no frills but clean and safe IT IS NOT

After getting the room keycard, I opened the door to our room, was overcome by the musty smell, the unkept room, the peeling paint, the dirty-looking bathroom..... walked back to the "office" ( motel keeper works behind a glass partition ) handed the keycard back and said my wife and I would not be staying the night and just drove the 3 hours home. I know there's a cancellation fee which I'm obligated to pay, but I just couldn't bear the overwhelming moldy/musty smell and wouldn't have slept a wink overnight.

We needed a clean bed for the night. It was clean. The room could have used a good housecleaning… I washed the light switch and around it with a antibacterial wipe and you could see where I did it. For the price it was ok though eat before you get there as it is not near any amenities.

Negatives: So dirty. Bathroom was disgusting with mold all over the bathtub. Bed had a strange clear tube coming from inside the mattress. Inside the tube was COATED with mold. Door wouldn’t lock unless I pressed my entire body weight against it, my girlfriend could not lock the door on her own as she couldn’t lean on it hard enough. Claimed to be 24 hour front desk, no one was there in the morning. Sign said to ring doorbell or call phone number to check out. I did both and no answer. Positives: Checked bed thoroughly for bed bugs and didn’t see any. Area felt safe as it was in the middle of nowhere.

Family running the place are friendly & kind but motel in desperate need of a deep clean. More attention to detail in the rooms required - mildew smell, cleaning of baseboards, dusting, mattresses are hard. Pick up food, eat before you check-in; pizza delivery took over 1-hour.

The room was filthy, the sheets didn’t fit the bed and were covered with black streaks. Very few outlets so I couldn’t blow dry or curl my hair in front of a mirror. I smelled mold as soon as the air conditioner was turned out. One plastic cup was provided for us to share. Very poor hotel. I would never go there again and would not recommend it to others.

Rotted wood on door step. Paint peeling off outside door made it look like it was shot up. Dirty in room. Mold around bathtub. Somebody’s sox under the bed. Shower had almost no water. DON’t STAY HERE.

I didn't get to stay at all! When I received my confirmation it stated nothing about them stopping checking times at 10:00 p.m. I had scheduled my stay after 10:00 p.m. for that night there's nobody there I was told to cancel my booking and find somewhere else
