Arcachon / Ville de Printemps - Very close to the beach (the street to cross), 10 minutes walk from the town center, BEAUTIFUL STUDIO of 32m2 offering all the comfort desired for spending a wonderful vacation by the water, as a couple or in a relationship with a child.

Composed of an entrance, a bathroom with WC, a large living room (90X190cm sofa bed + 140X190cm foldaway bed) with a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area. Large south-facing terrace with furniture.

During the summer period, we do not guarantee the possibility of storing a bicycle in the collective bicycle room.

Linen not provided, possibility to rent through the agency: example: 1 pack of 140cm sheets + towels = 42€/week.

Studio joliment décoré et super équipé. Attention, pas d'internet et les connections téléphoniques sont impossibles dans le logement. l'agence ne vous prévient pas et ne répond pas à vos appels, si besoin ... dommage car l'appartement est très bien.
