Location: Dining area next to the river where fresh water turtles, goose, ducks, fish and bats roam freely. Seating is super comfortable in large cushions. Hotel is 2 minutes’ walk to the beach. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops in 5 minutes walking distance to the hotel. The bungalows are quite during the day and night.
Food & Beverage: Zehra’s homemade quince and plum marmalade are to die for. Her pisi (fried dough), homemade French fries and menemen (scrambled eggs with sweet green peppers and tomato) are also sublime. You must try these five items as they are just prepared to perfection ! In terms of drinks, you ought to try their local pomegranate juice mixed with ice. It is simply amazing !
Staff: Ramazan and his two sons Okan and Akin will go out of their way to accommodate you. The level of kindness, professionalism, efficiency, friendliness is 10 out of 10.
Overall: It is a family business run by Zehra, Ramazan, Akin and Okan. All of them are a pleasure to talk and their run their 7 bungalow boutique hotel exceptionally well. If you go to Adrasan, in terms of location, food & beverage and service, there is no better place. I highly recommend it !
