We had an amazing 3N stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, with excellent service. The property is cozy with great location right inside the old town. Pool was refreshing. Breakfast is delicious. Babush (the talking bird) is so cute.

Breakfast definitely needs improvement - It looked like leftovers and coffee machine coffee tastes like water down coffee Room was full of mosquitos - we couldn't sleep - needs fumigation Blinds broken - definitely needs attention - Rooms clean but needs a few maintenance jobs done Pool and bar area very nice and clean 👌 Staff friendly and helpful 👌 🙂

Unfortunately , although we enjoyed a 'de lux room ' there was no internet available in that part of the hotel as there was in other areas ! Apart from that an enjoyable stay with an excellent breakfast to start the day.

When we arrived there was still piss on the toilet. It wad cleat that it was not cleaned. When asked to clean again, we were accused of trying to negotiate a better room. Explained that we just wanted a toilet without piss on it. Also, after their second cleaning attempt, there was still piss on the toilet. They offered us detergent to clean it ourselves. We gave up. Later during our stay, when we happened to be in the hotelroom, strangers were able to use their card on our door and walked in. I had to ask 3 times if the hotel staff wanted to double check there weren’t any others with access to our room, because according to the hotel, we must have left our door open and that’s why they were able to get in. While I heard the door beep and the lock open.

Overall stay is good and staff are all nice. The only thing is wifi does not reach our room on second floor so we have to go down to have internet. It would also be nice if the hotel can have clothes iron that guests can borrow as not everyone brings a portable one. Convenient location with lots of dining options around and close to shops and stores.

The room very very small to to level that you don’t have space for only hand bag. The bathroom is very bad. They let me pay a 10€ for 40 min after the check out time. The location and the receptionist “hemsa” is the only good about this place.

Poor service. We asked for the lunch box for next morning as we left earlier for a trip but the waiter gave us everything on the tray saying he doesn’t have a box. Why didn’t he warn us before? They don’t understand English well and there can be a problem. Prices at the bar are x10 higher than in the shop at the corner. They don’t have laundry or car rent. Room price is higher than average.

Too much for too little

Hotel has great charm and location but was lacking in other areas. We like to get out and hike all day, and the way the it conditioning is set, it only works while you are in the room. Coming back to a 95 degree room at 9pm after a long day was a shock. The hot water and water pressure were completely lacking. There were points were water would not even come out if set to hot. When they did house keeping, the weren’t even bothered to make the bed. Lastly, the room door had to be locked in order for it to stay shut (by a manual key attached to the card that allowed you to use electricity in the room). For the money ($187 USD/night) it was very lacking and we were thoroughly under impressed.

Oda çok kirliydi. Yatağın altında izmarit çöpleri vs. duruyordu. Zorunda olmasak bir dakika kalmazdık. İki oda tuttuk birni çatı katı verdiler boyumuzdan küçük bir yerde eğilerek idare etmeye çalıştık. Korkunç derecede sıcaktı ve klima asla yeterli değildi. Öyle bir oda nasıl hizmete açılır anlamak güç doğrusu. Kahvaltı zaten rezalet. Ekmekler kafa yarar, çeşit yok ile az arasında. Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft sehr schmutzig und unhygienisch. Es befanden sich zahlreiche Mücken im Zimmer, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm machte. Besonders das Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Bereits am ersten Tag habe ich dort Haare gefunden, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass es vor meiner Anreise nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts hatte ich außerdem Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Diese funktionierte nicht richtig, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich sehr unangenehm machte. Mir wurde an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass mein Zimmer am Mittwoch gereinigt werden würde. Dies ist jedoch nicht passiert. Erst nachdem ich mich an der Rezeption beschwert hatte, wurde das Zimmer einen Tag später gereinigt. Insgesamt wurde mein Zimmer während meines einwöchigen Aufenthalts jedoch nur ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Selbst diese Reinigung war sehr oberflächlich. Es wurde lediglich das Bett gemacht und etwas aufgeräumt. Das Badezimmer wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt und blieb genauso schmutzig wie zuvor. Auch das Frühstück war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Auswahl und Qualität waren so schlecht, dass es für mich kaum genießbar war. Zusätzlich war die Kommunikation mit dem Personal schwierig, da fast niemand Englisch sprach. Nur eine Person konnte sich einigermaßen verständigen. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit, des schlechten Services, der defekt
