Great apartment, great view, great host

The apartment was bright, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It's also very convenient for Carrefour (2 minutes walk) and the lake front (4 minutes walk). The view from the sunny balcony is beautiful. Jean-Pierre is a charming host and really made us feel welcome. We had a lovely week.

Great experience and a very nice host!

I am glad to say that my stay was very nice and I had a great experience. The host was very kind and the apartment lived to our expectations. I hope we left everything in order, I tried my best. I very much suggest Jean-Pierre's apartment when travelling to Annecy! Thank you once again!

On a passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour l’appartement est magnifique la vue aussi surtout le premier week-end d’aout oĂč il y a le feu d’artifice au lac qu’on voit juste en face la plage est Ă  200 m c’est l’idĂ©al est le Carrefour Market juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© c’est nickel pour faire les courses petit bĂ©mol le matelas de la chambre est vraiment trop mou. J’ai du dormir avec mon bĂ©bĂ© sur la banquette

Apartment with nice view

We loved our stay in Annecy in this apartment, especially using the bicycles on the great cycle tracks around the lake. Eating our meals on the balcony was great but chairs a little uncomfortable. The lake is only about 5 minutes walk away and a bus to centre of Annecy just around the corner, also a Carrefour supermarket is only a couple of minutes away. The apartment was lovely and clean but cutlery could do with renewing.

trÚs belles vacances ensoleillées,un seul jour de pluie. Appartement trÚs agréable conforme à l'annonce. TrÚs belle vue.L'immeuble est calme et bien entretenu. Supérette juste a coté ainsi que pharmacie et restaurants. Le lac à huit minutes à pieds. Les parkings du centre ville à cinq minutes en voiture. Propriétaire sympathique et trÚs disponible. on y retournerait volontiers

Août 2016 vacances en famille à 4 dans cet appartement avec une trÚs belle vue, bien équipé, plein de rangement, petite terrasse, parking privé et 2 vélos à disposition. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour passĂ© en Haute Savoie. Appart situĂ© plein sud donc au top pour prendre les repas sur la terrasse. VĂ©los Ă  disposition ce qui est vraiment bien pour se dĂ©placer dans Annecy. (voies cyclables ). Le lac est Ă  quelques mĂštres. Produits d'entretiens fourni ainsi que le linge de maison. ( peut-ĂȘtre juste pensĂ© Ă  changer les oreillers et couettes) Un carrefour Market est situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© ce qui est bien aussi... Nous pouvons oublier la voiture!! Nous reviendrons!!
