This condo's location makes it a great place for a romantic getaway on Anna Maria Island. Situated right across the street from the bay, this property puts the beach just a short walk away! It comes equipped with great amenities including a shared heated pool, an updated, full kitchen, and a furnished patio, ideal for enjoying the refreshing island breezes.

Located near Pine Avenue and its many attractions, this unit is close to some of the best dining and shopping the island has to offer. Directly across the street is a great view of the bay, as well as a short sandy path down to the beach. Bayfront Park, a great place to relax or have a picnic, is nearby, as well. Also, the famous beaches of Bean Point are within your reach, just a short drive to the north.

THINGS TO KNOW
All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The condo was beautifully decorated, there were thoughtful items in the condo and on site to help with your stay! It was as clean as clean can get. The bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! I loved how the pool was right in front of our place! I can’t wait to get back and I will try to rent this unit every. Single. Time.

It's quite corporate, so be prepared for inflexibility, none of the electrical outlets worked in the kitchen or bathroom, and there was only 1 full-sized fork. Super clean and great location, though.

This little place is clean and furnished nicely. Comfy bed and all the furniture you would expect in a place this size and price point. The location is ideal for the North bay side of AMI. However, we have never stayed in a rental (or hotel room) with less basic supplies, thus the one star deduction. Coffee maker with no filter, no hand soap for kitchen, two small garbage bags, absolutely no extras in the kitchen. So if you eat EVERY meal out, this is a great place. Just stop and buy handsoap and body wash because the rental company won’t bring any by.

I highly recommend this property. This was our second stay at this location. Easily walk throughout the island. Eat at the Rod and Reel Pier, the Porch Restaurant, the Waterfront and Harry’s.

Property was clean, good location. Overall we were pleased. I would recommend the couch be a little bigger so you can relax and watch tv. Couch is very small. Chair not very comfortable either. After a long day would be nice to have a comfortable larger sized sofa to relax watch a movie etc. Also our lights outside by the pool did not work so we could not swim at night. Reported to the property management company as well.

Small but mighty!!
Perfect size for our weekend get away. Close to pier, bay, and beach. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Pool was adequate for Sun bathing and soaking, had the whole place to ourselves.

Unit is just about perfect! Great location, clean, pretty! The only downside is the very noisy neighbors that live above the unit, they are up most of the night, loud TV, stomping, and one night ran their vacuum at 2 am! I only slept one out of 2 nights.......very disappointing for such a fabulous place.
