Nice property that was spacious, clean and quiet. We wished there were recycling bins in the condo for our empties. Appliances were loud, but we were happy to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Easy check in and check out. Would stay again if in Ann Arbor in the future.

Just what we needed and wanted

The property was very nice. It was exactly as advertised. It was clean. It was well stocked with the necessities and we even had laundry in unit, which was so nice. It was located within walking distance of so many of the places we wanted to see, including the University of Michigan campus. The parking garage was very nice and the parking pass worked without an glitches. I would strongly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to visit Ann Arbor and would like to stay in an upscale and comfortable property. If and when we come back, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The location is wonderful.. walkable to many fun restaurants.. the drawback is its loud.. especially the trash truck at 5 am .. couple of days we did not have hot water, only warm.

Just the Perfect Spot

Four ladies getting ready for the AA/Dexter Half Marathon and this accomodation could not have fit the bill any better! The location was blocks from EVERYTHING and it was perfectly situated for us to relax and prepare for race. Clean and tidy. We did struggle a bit determing the check in process through the app and online. But we got it done and hope to be there next year for the same race.

Reunited after 25 years

Perfect setup and location to reunite with college roommates after 25 long years apart!! The condos were comfortable and well appointed. They were located close to downtown shops/restaurants and only 1 mile from the stadium. It set the stage for a memorable weekend.

Nice stay in Ann Arbor

It was great location to food/beverage. The apartment was clean and fairly well equipped. It was great to have on-site parking! Check-out time was very early and couldn't request late checkout when booking. Plus late check-out was additional cost which seemed out of the ordinary with such an early check-out time.

Beware....You DON'T get exactly what you see

I was excited to stay in this beautifully decorated property. When we walked in, it was clear that the unit in the photos was NOT the unit we were standing in. The decor/furniture was completely different (gray and brown vs bright, colorful and cheery) and the layout was different than what was pictured in the photos. I messaged the property manager and he said "this is the unit you reserved. We have several properties and it states in the listing that your unit may vary slightly from the photos". I scoured the listing 3 more times after receiving that text and still couldn't find where it stated this. Turns out those words are listed about 27 lines down, under the heading "GUEST ACCESS". If you are going to give a renter a unit that differs from the photos (and this was not a SLIGHT difference IMO) then that statement should be front and center under PROPERTY DETAILS, not guest access. When I expressed my concern, and asked to have a phone call, the property responded by sending me a copy of the listing. No other communication transpired about this topic even though I requested a conversation. Very frustrating! PROS: - great location, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance - well stocked kitchen, laundry, bath - access to fitness room, common areas and pretty zen garden with water features - quiet CONS: - check in instructions were super confusing...luckily we ran into cleaning people as we were checking in and they walked us through the process. - common areas on the property weren't clean. There was trash and dried food of some sort on the floor of the skypark and the fitness room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There were dust bunnies on the floor and no cleaning supplies available for before and after use of equipment. -bathroom doors in unit didn't close fully had had no lock that we could see. If privacy in the bathroom is important to you, this will be a problem. -lighting in bedrooms is poor, no overhead light and only one tiny lamp -Property photos in the listing aren't accurate and you won't know what unit you're getting until check in
