Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 with trees, meadow. Garden furniture, barbecue. Rowing boat, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 15 km, supermarket 30 km, railway station "Mellerud" 15 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 370 km, sandy beach 4 km, lake Ånimmen 600 m. Fishing possibilities 1.6 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vänern 1.6 km. Hiking paths: Kroppefjäll 25 km.
"Vassviken", 3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 sleeping facility (80 cm, length 180 cm). Wooden floors. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Freezer approx. 120 l. Rowing boat: approx. 1.6 km distant.

Wie haben das Haus für zwei Wochen gebucht. Am ersten Abend hat uns direkt ein Elch begrüßt, dieser kam weitere drei Tage bei uns vorbei. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, einziger Punkt der vielleicht nicht so toll war, die Waschmaschine färbt helle Sachen ein, ( eisenhaltiges Wasser ) man riecht es auch beim duschen :D War aber ok für uns! In der Nähe gibt es schöne Naturreservate die man erkunden kann. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein schönes Schwedenhäuschen mitten in der Natur, wo Kraniche, Rehe oder Füchse vorbeikommen. Wer gerne wandert und badet, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht weit entfernt.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit einer sehr guten, typisch schwedischen Ausstattung. Elche, Rehe, Füchse, Kormorane direkt im Garten (wenn man Glück hat). Tolle Waldlage und der Vänernsee, wo das hauseigene Boot liegt, ist ganz in der Nähe. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nett!

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von einer Rehfamilie bergüßt. Ab dann sahen wir diese morgens und abends häufiger. Das Haus ist wirklich komplett eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Trotz des Alters wirkt es sehr gepflegt. Sehr netter telef. Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin. Ausflüge nach Ämäl, Köpmannebro sowie die umliegenden Naturreservate sind empfehlenswert. Lediglich das Boot mit E–Motor konnten wir nicht nutzen. Vielleicht wäre ein Liegeplatz mit Steeg am Ännimen oder Furusjön besser geeignet.
