Beautiful two bedroom two bath executive condo and vacation rental centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Private parking area for ease of access. Minutes from Downtown Anchorage and Ted Stevens International Airport. Abundant trails and parks in the area. Large front yard with fire-pit and charcoal grill. Conveniently located close the the city throughways for ease to head north or south of town.

When booking, it was led to believe the cottage would be ours. What we did not know was the house is divided into 3 or 4 separate living sections. It felt more like staying in a hotel. People walking above you, living noises of other residents just wasn’t the experience we expected. You have to pay to use the washer dryer and the TV only had two channels to watch which was annoying after a full day of touring we judged wanted to watch TV before going to bed. It is nicely located to downtown Anchorage.

The condo was very clean on the inside. Water pressure was excellent. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owner is on site in case you need help with anything. We would definitely stay again if we are in AK.

Inaccurate outside pictures
we were disappointed with the outside of the place. the yard was nothing like the pictures presented and should be updated. The picnic area was full of weeds and the grill had no connection regulator for the propane. There was no garden, it was just a weed bed. The inside of the apt was clean and the beds were comfy. The pocket door to the bathroom was off its guides and had no door handle so it couldn't be closed completely. But it was convenient to getting downtown and suited our needs for the two days we were there.

Great spot, close to lots!
Great spot, quiet and close to everything! It was nice to have our own bathroom per bedroom. Super close from airport and easy to find. Grocery store near by and the beds were very comfortable! Would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay here, location is great. The cabin is nicely maintained, clean and has everything that is needed for staying. Joshua is an amazing person and responds quickly. He suggested us few things to cover, and we enjoyed those places. Just a little noise and knocking sounds from upper floor after 12 AM, but it’s nothing much to avoid a good sleep after a tiring day of Alaska. Thank You!

Great starting point to adventures in Anchorage. Neighborhood a little rough. No fault to owners. The place was cute. Minor things like bathroom door didn't work properly, loud fridge. Overall, it was a convenient starting point

The location makes it easy to tour the city. We were able to easily access the points of interest (offered by The Trolley Tour) on our own and have many dining options. Having two bathrooms made it easy for everyone to start and end our days. It was lovely sitting outside until the sun set at 11:30pm. Close to the airport, too.

Good for the price.
The location was definitely good. Close to downtown and easy to get to roads when heading out. The house was clean. It seems weird to complain about this but we were actually hot and the fans weren’t enough to mitigate the heat. The neighborhood looked run down but it was quiet.

Perfect spot to explore anchorage
We stayed a few nights prior to taking train to Seward to jump on a cruise. We enjoyed this place. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked with lots of supplies, spices etc if you want to cook.

Great use for a home base.
My family and I stayed at the location for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience in the clean house. There was enough space for us to spread out. Katie was wonderful with getting details and answering my questions in a very quick manner. The home had everything that we needed without having to go out and purchase basic items. It was also close to major roadways to get us to our day trips without much of a hassle. Would definitely love to stay here again should we ever find ourselves back in Anchorage.
