Access to convenience stores were limited. We couldn’t open a window in the hotel room to let fresh air in. The rooms were well kept and clean. For visiting Disney parks, the walk is brief and safe.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights to visit Disneyland and it was a great experience. Close walk to the parks. Quiet, safe and comfortable room. I would definitely stay here again. I was very happy with this nice hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at SunCoast! The staff was very helpful and everything was so clean. My daughter really enjoyed the pool area and all the kid friendly games that was available to her ! Definitely will be staying there again

Nice newer property. Plenty of places to eat at GardenWalk, not far away. An easy walk to Disneyland. Lots of parking available.

Property was fairly new & clean. Good pool area with separate games area (ping pong/cornhole). Cozy lobby with multiple seating areas & fireplaces. Hot tub was not very hot- I’m imagining that they keep it that way for kids- a bit unsatisfying as an adult. Easy walk to Disney (less than 20 min). We were in a ground floor room and next time would ask for a higher floor for privacy reasons.

Would recommend to anyone. Stayed for 10 nights. Very clean, rooms were always cleaned and beds made with fresh linens daily. Short walk to Disney. And lots of dining options nearby.

This is a beautiful, secluded hotel that is a short walk away from Disney. The staff were super kind and helpful. Also, the manager sent maintenance to our room to replace the shower head when we noticed that the one we had wasn’t working properly. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was the ideal location for distance to and from the Disneyland parks. The rooms and hotel were clean and I appreciated that rooms were cleaned daily. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. The only reason I rated this portion a 3 is because of a noise complaint I placed at 9:30pm on one of the days during my stay. I was told by the front desk attendant to wait and call back until 10pm for them to be able to call the guests whose room was directly above us. The noise persisted well past 11pm after we called back at 10pm. I am not sure whether anything was said to the people who were making the noise. It sounded like they were jumping from the bed to the floor and running around the room. Again, this was the only complaint. Otherwise, our stay was great.

The staff are super nice and accommodating. We got lucky and were able to check in way ahead of time, and regardless, they’ll store your bags too. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to Disneyland.

The staff was unbelievably caring. Our son got sick ( a stomache bug ) they provided towels and cleaning things for our rental car. Gave us nausea medicine, water bottles, and followed up with us the next day to see if he is feeling any better. We treated them to crumbl cookies

Love the cleanliness and quietness of the property. Parking is extremely easy (although pricey) about 40$ a night after “taxes and fees”. I would stay here again but parking is ridiculously priced.

The cleaniness was questionable, I had to ask for someone to come clean the desk area on the first day. Bathroom seemed ok. On the last day the TV stopped working. The reception said they did a hard reset on the whole TV system which did not solve anything, and did not follow up. The hot tub also did not work which seems to be an issue since the beginning of March base on other reviews. Parking is also extra expensive. All in all just seems like this hotel is taking advantage of its proximity to Disneyland to not be on par with usual level of service you can expect from Hilton brand. Very deceptive.
