We hope you enjoy this home away from home!
Make yourself at home with the entire main level of the house Fully stocked with couch, tv, Wi-Fi, oven, microwave, waffle iron, and so much more. The master bedroom has an adjoining bathroom for privacy. The master also has a king sized purple mattress perfect for a good nights rest.

The house is freshly remodeled with new paint, floor, and carpet!

Take advantage of the large yard and front deck for a relaxing time. There is also a firepit in the backyard where you can sit back and enjoy the calming light of a fire.

The home is set up in a duplex style with separate entrances for the upper unit and the lower unit. We stay in the lower unit sometimes when we are hosting.

We visited family in American Falls and were very pleased to find this wonderful home. Kate and Chandler are a very sweet young couple who checked on us once then gave us complete privacy, even though they live in the basement unit. Quiet neighborhood but short walk to Tres Hermanos Mexican restaurant, very good food. And to a fantastic bakery the Ranch. The bed is super comfortable and roomy. Kind of tall off the floor for this older couple but doable! Everything you need is close by as American Falls is fairly small. We would stay here again for sure, next time we visit our family. If you drink coffee....bring your own coffee maker, as they don't supply one! We brought our French Press that worked just fine. Overall, a very clean and comfortable home. Very clean! Appreciated that! Thanks Kate and Chandler.

Wonderful Home!
We had a wonderful stay here!! The home is very clean and feels quite roomy for its size and has comfortable beds. We had 4 adults and a 3 month old baby in our party and we all had plenty of space. The overhead lighting throughout the house is very bright and in the late evening when we wanted to wind down we did wish there were lamps that we could turn on instead, but this was just a minor nuisance and didn’t detract from our overall pleasant experience. The owners were very nice and had great communication with us. They were quick to respond with questions we had before our visit and they even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We are very thankful there’s this sweet home in American Falls that we can stay at when visiting family in the area! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

American Falls Treat
I was so happy we were able to find a place in American Falls rather than having to drive to Pocatello. The house was immaculate. Even better where the street meets the main road there is a great little bakery that we were able to fill up at in the morning.

Perfect host, perfect location!
We had a death in the family and were able to book this wonderful home last minute and they even worked with us on extending our check out date if needed. Communication was excellent and timely, and check in/check out were super easy. We met Kate after check in and she was super sweet and accommodating. The house was super clean and stocked with everything you need. We will definately be renting from them again as soon as we head back to American Falls. Highly reccomend!!
