The hotel was not taken care of very well. Carpet in the room was stained, mold in the bathroom, linens and bags of trash in the hall overnight.

Bar is closed!! Lady at the desk was rude! Pool is broke! Elevator broke! Side doors broke! Hot tub broke! Did I mention the bar is closed!!

The staff was so kind and attentive. Room was clean, in working order, and comfortable. Plenty of insulation as it's super quiet and helps my dog remain calm. Would definitely stay here again. Not much around and wouldn't feel safe walking far but it's not in a bad area.

Nice room for one night and equipped for longer. The bed was a bit soft for me but the Mrs. would have loved it. Breakfast in the lobby had eggs,bacon, sausage, biscuits, waffles and more. Impessive.

Our bathroom was not cleaned it smelled dusty and old shower gel or shampoo was left in the bathroom there was hair on the floor I was very disappointed by the uncleanliness and we stay only at this hotel every time we come into town

Nice property with your “normal” breakfast. The room was nice and clean. The water pressure was not there and the water was luke warm at best. Otherwise very convenient to the interstate and good for a quick overnight stop!

The rooms are very nice, breakfast was delicious, and they fixed the hot tub wish the lounge had been open but it was still a good stay. The woman at the desk remembered me and told me at check in the hot tub was fixed!

Aside from the beds being made, our room had NOT been properly cleaned. There was food on the counters and if the fridge, dirty utensils in the sink, someone’s underwear hanging in the shower, and the only towels were in a garbage bag on the floor in the bathroom (presumably used and dirty.) We tried to go back down to the lobby to get a new room, but the clerk was GONE. We couldn’t find an employee anywhere. Granted, we had checked in very late at 1am, but there should still be SOMEONE there. By 2am we were all so tired and our kids were already asleep in the beds, so we just went to sleep in the dirty hotel room. The next morning we found an employee and tried to remedy our situation, but they told us that we had already slept in the room and we had bought the room through a third party (Expedia) so there was nothing they could do. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The room was very nice but we went to use the hot tub and our key wouldn’t work so they fixed that finally got in and the hot tub was cold and murky went back to the desk and they finally told us it was out of service didn’t even apologize! Wish they would have disclosed that at booking or even at check in, or with a sign on the door!
