Bug hotel room 608/607
Terrible hotel with little customer service! Restaurant staff were the only people to crack a smile. Had bugs in one of our rooms. Reported the bugs in the bed to the man at reception, but nothing was done and the room was not cleaned. On returning the room was as we left it with dead bug on the desk. I reported it again and was told to move rooms. Not help was offered with packing all my belongings!? I would not want to stay here again and could not recommend others do.

It’s really a beautiful property. Great staff. Located just two minutes from a huge shopping mall. Also super close to a subway stop. But it’s not walkable to the city center. But the subway ride itself is probably about seven or eight minutes.

This place was very nice and the staff were so welcoming! The hotel was decorated in a beautiful way and they have taxi drivers waiting outside to take you to the airport when ready. The rooms were clean and the view of the city was nice from the high floor. Very impressed with this hotel!

Disappointing
Very nice breakfast. Extremely noisy. Could not get any sleep. Went downstairs to switch rooms. The clerk was very busy checking in guests. Went again at 2 AM. Nothing. My wife and I did not get any sleep, yet, paid for a full night stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The train/metro station is a short walk and the Field’s mall is very close by. The entrance of the hotel is full of trees and feels like you’re outside but it’s a beautiful natural feel right inside. The breakfast buffet is amazing with fresh fruit and vegetables, salmon, breads, yogurt and much more! I definitely recommend this hotel! You’ll be very happy!
